The house was spacious, clean and well-equipped--and the neighborhood is quiet but close to activities in Richmond. We had a rental car so it was very easy to get around. It was a nice place for our small family gathering.

Great Family spot; Clean, comfortable, historian classic beauty in the heart of ChurchHill, RVA!
As a returning renter of the amazing hosts, every home they graciously offer has its own unique experience and personality with the best stay when you need a home away from home. The spacious home offers 3 rooms that accommodate and provide a sense of home! Each room had classic, vintage furniture and modern style along with comfortable bedding and the mattresses are always top of the line!! As a hard working nurse, a good nights rest is vital and one will definitely sleep the night away! The modern kitchen is equipped with the essentials needed to prepare meals and 2 living room quarters both provided privacy and timeless pieces. The bathroom’s are always a huge bonus to the stay and have every item one could need. One of the main rooms has a balcony for outside entertainment, and bird watching! The neighbors are super friendly, quiet, and welcoming to all. The location is perfect for walking to fine dining, the best Espresso shops RVA has to offer!!; and the customer service in the city is always great. The food is always the best part of checking out the city and there are endless restaurants within your reach not far no matter where you go. The extra blankets and linens, cleaning products are essential to maintaining the home. And brand toilet paper ;) is a must!! Thank you for sharing your homes as each time is a wonderful experience and we look forward to every return to each of the host’s properties!’ Highly recommended to all!! Try all of their rentals!!

Fantastic stay!
This is the place to stay when your visiting Richmond! Spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and amazing hosts! The neighborhood is great. Parks and restaurants are within walking distance. Parking was always super easy. We will definitely stay again when we are in the Richmond area!!
