Though this was just a short, leisurely stay, it was nothing short of exceptional. The young lady who worked the front desk the evening of Saturday, August 24 around 5:00 p.m was a delight. She greeted me before I even got to the desk and was friendly and personable throughout my check-in. I also want to acknowledge the kitchen staff as there was a gentleman who consistently greeted everyone he encountered (including myself…twice. LOL).

This is a very nice place to stay, the breakfast and dinner options were terrific, making it unlikely that you would need to leave the property for dining. Well kept up and friendly staff made it very enjoyable.

Great Stay!
Overall, great experience. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, check-in was a breeze, and the room was clean, comfortable, and the amenities were great. I’ve stayed at many Drury’s, and they are always great. I love the free food and drinks offered to all guests in the evenings. This specific location has a ton of parking, so that’s always a plus. Will definitely stay again when visiting Richmond.

The refrigerator did not work and we had brought things to be refridgerated and did not realize that it was not keeping things as cold as it shuld till the next mornig otherwise everything was very good
