LOVE Drury Inns and Suites!
We Love Drury! The most comfortable beds!!! They serve breakfast and dinner too, including alcohol, if you wish. All included! These Drury Inn and Suites are just the best ever! We always check first, to see if whatever town we’re going to, has a Drury!

Wonderful hotel
My wife and I did a spur of the moment weekend trip to Richmond, this is a very nice hotel with an excellent staff. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, parking is convenient, and breakfast was very good. It was located a good distance outside of Richmond for us, but we would definitely recommend this hotel if that's not an issue when traveling.

One Disappointment
My only complaint was that both the spa and the pool were super cold. Not so much a problem for me but we chose it specifically for my 5 year old grand-daughter who loves to swim.

This property has amazing customer service as well as great food options for breakfast and kick back hour. I highly recommend this hotel when you are traveling. My family will definitely be staying there again.

The box spring was smaller than the mattress. Felt like I was sleeping on a king bed with a full size mattress. Very uncomfortable. Mattress was flimsy on the sides. Terrible night rest

Nice hotel but hard to find on the GPS
The biggest problem with our stay was our inability to locate the hotel. We circled around 3 or so times as there was no signage at the road level. Finally we pulled into a business park to call found the hotel at the end. Very frustrating.

Spectacular
I recently stayed at Drury Plaza in Richmond. It was my first time hearing of the hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. I received great customer service from the Asst District Mgr. Brenda. She was very courteous and helpful. I shared my experience with some family and we are definitely planning to stay at Drury when we visit the area again.
