Room smelled so bad that it left a smell in our clothes for the rest of the trip. Had to check out after one day due to the terrible conditions. They were doing renovations to the lobby and there was cement everywhere. Elevators did not work and room was so dirty especially the mattress which had dead bugs and was super dirty. Don’t stay here. You’d be better Off sleeping in your car

Roaches Run down rooms curtains were dirty and falling apart worst hotel I ever stayed at homeless drug addicts outside of building and possibly staying at the hotel too

Very poor service there was a sign that said TV's not working also internet was not working I asked the lady at the front desk before I checked in she said no the TVs are working came right back downstairs to tell her it wasn't she said I just told you it wasn't working I said no you specifically said it was and she tried to argue with me about it

Very dirty room had a smoked cigar on top of the TV. The lobby was awful. The whole hotel is in very bad condition.

The elevators didnt work. No rooms had working lights. The staff just opened up occupied rooms and walked in on people. The carpets crunched. Hanging exposed wires. Rats in the building. Holes in walls and sheets. Needs condemned.

There was no was no working television in the ENTIRE hotel. One elevator was broken. The other questionable and first night I got in it there was a used razor inside and then the second day I was woken up by PEST CONTROL to come in and spray the rooms

Good savings, but need low expectations...
-Hotel had a policy of no more than two adults per room, though four was booked through the site and there were two double beds. Even called a few weeks before to confirm and discuss any security deposit. Front Desk accomodated for $10 more, no security deposit. -Not enough towels. Requested more on Saturday morning and evening, Front Desk said not available both times. -Elevators did not inspire confidence. One was blocked by an attraction vouchers stand. The one that was usable had a missing floor button cover. -Shower needs more water pressure. -Lighting in the room very inadequate. Lamp switch above bed operates one lamp or te other, but not both.

By far one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. Pictures on the internet must have been uploaded when it was built. Could not understand the checkin lady due to a glass cover and her wearing a mask and having a heavy accent. Lights on the elevator did not work, some of buttons for the floors were missing. Thank God I didn't find any bed bugs!
