Beautiful cottage
This was a lovely cottage. I was hoping to be closer to Richmond centre but it was a 20min drive. Reeth is lovely and the ice cream parlour is delicious.

This is not a complaint just a few wee thoughts following our lovely stay
Absolutely perfect wee place to stay!! Reeth is gorgeous and so cute. Accommodation was perfect for our wee getaway the hand made kitchen was perfect, and the use of the small amount of space was brilliant. Loved the outdoor areas and hottub. The only wee things we thought could be improved were as follows: Firepit wasnt cleaned out when we arrived May be wise to get some bbq utensils Throw needed washing as covered with dog hair and smelled. Ps yes know it was a dog friendly place but throw needed washing. New peg basket and ice tray needed as both broken. Shower tray edges need a good clean For a 3 night stay as ours was an extra towel pp would of been fab. Bathroom was practical but could do with a wee update. A bed sheet would of been fab as it was so gorgeously hot when we stayed. Wr would love to come back in the future as we were so relaxed and loved your place. Xxxx Please dont be offended by above we just felt the few wee things mentioned let down the amazing wee property

Not a good experience
So small it could be a dog kennel. Told the day before it was not suitable for anyone with mobility issues and as I have arthritis in both knees it was not at all suitable but not refundable so went anyway. Big steps outside and steep stairs inside.

Mainly clean, dog friendly, miniscule
This is a nicely converted stable, with some good features, but the bedroom is tiny. The key safe was difficult to find in the dark, and the door awkward to unlock and the key release needs to be mentioned in the blurb. Whilst it is a well thought out property, the stairway is extremely narrow and the bed sticks out across the landing area. Not sufficient room in the bedroom to stand properly, nor is there any room for dressing/undressing or for the case for that matter. We were up on business and did not find the accommodation the relaxing haven we had hoped for. The bathroom has mould growing along the base of the shower. Between the shower and washbasin it was dirty.

Beautiful Reeth
This property was very clean, beautiful from the outside but just way too small for us. Staircase tiny and no room to pass each other in bedroom. Think a little more detail is needed to relay just how small it is. Perfect for an overnighter but for 3 plus nights it just isn't big enough. Barely enough room for 2 adults and we had our dog too. Gorgeous property, lovely and spotlessly clean but just too small for us. Maybe we just didn't realise. Outside space is huge ,Gorgeous hot tub if you like them is a bonus.

Small but everything you need in a great location
Lovely property, outdoor space is excellent just a shame the property next door The Black Bull was having building work done when we stayed and it was very noisy dusty and a bit intrusive. Hot tub fabulous only downside to outdoor area was the slate chippings, our dog hated walking on them. Couldn’t be better located for walks and pubs.
