Took 2 days to correct our heater situation. Fan would blow hot air to the temp set. Then it would blow cooler air until it kicked back to hot air. Fan never stopped blowing

The beds were comfortable. The hotel was quiet inside and outside! We never did get any cookies, they were always gone before we got any. The pool was warm and open 24 hours! My complaint was the scent they put on the carpet gave me a headache and burned my eyes. We opened the sliding door to outside and kept it open all night to air it out. The toilet paper was super thin too. Otherwise this hotel was great!

The staff, dark haired young woman was smiling and happy and that made our stay great from check-in. Great pool, fitness and hot tub. Easy accessible for my elderly mother.
