Come be rejuvenated by the peace & beauty of the Farmhouse at Spring Farm – our one acre plot in the heart of historic Spring City, Utah. With four bedrooms and three full baths, the home comfortably accommodates 13 people. It was recently built to today's highest standards but in the historic style of the pioneer homes of the area, offering the best of both worlds. Named one of “America’s Prettiest Towns” by Forbes Magazine in 2010, Spring City and the surrounding area have so much to offer! Our family Farmhouse has been the center of many family gatherings and wonderful memories, and we're confident you'll fall in love with it too.
The space - Sleeping 13 max
The main floor bedroom has one double bed (sleeping 2); the Yellow Room has one queen bed (sleeping 2); the Red Room has one double, one single and a built in bunk (sleeping 6); and the Blue Room has one queen and one single bed (sleeping 3) . The farmhouse lives large, but is cozy enough to make smaller groups enjoy the space just as much. Crisp white linens and towels and basic necessities are provided. You will enjoy the large fully-stocked kitchen with spacious counters, a family-sized eating area with double doors that swing open to the living room, and doors that access the farmhouse porch. The views from there stretch across the large grass area, the treehouse, the Barn and outbuildings and onto the snowcapped peaks of Horseshoe Mountain.
There is a simple beauty to enjoy at the farm. There is a natural spring (which runs intermittently) meandering through the length of the property. Take a long walk or bike ride along the quiet streets of Spring City. You will likely see deer, sheep, chickens, geese, llamas or any other of Spring City’s many animal residents. Or best of all, just curl up with a good book on the side porch.
Rural Spring City is located in scenic Sanpete County, and lies in the shadow of Horseshoe Mountain. Sanpete County is renown for it’s wealth of Pioneer Historic homes, and Spring City is it’s gem. The entire town is listed on the National Historic Register, and in 2010 Forbes Magazine named it one of “America’s Prettiest Towns”. Slow down and enjoy Spring City’s unhurried pace – the town has no traffic lights, a renown Café, a lovely Sweet Shop and many art galleries and studios. Having been discovered by artists years ago, it has grown into a vibrant Arts Community that attracts visitors from far and wide. The main Gallery is housed in the restored “Strates Garage”, a turn-of-the-century auto showroom that now displays the work of the local artists. Whether you come for the Historic Architecture, the quiet rural pace, or the Art Events & Festivals – Spring City is sure to rejuvenate the soul.
