Clean and pleasant. The breakfast was delicious😋 the lady at front desk was very helpful. We had to move to a queen bed cause our king room was a pet room and Im highly allergic. We didn’t sleep well the room above us was banging on the floor a lot of the night. Overall the room was great. They don’t have an elevator.

HOUSEKEEPING WALKED IN ON US an hour and 10 minutes before check out. We weren’t asleep at 9:50 am, so when housekeeping knocked on the door, I jumped off the bed to answer and she said “oh ok, just checking”. Not 10 MINUTES LATER, I was in the bathroom in my undergarments, with the door ajar, when there was another knock, but I didn’t go to answer it and housekeeping just walked right in an hour before checkout!! I brought it up to the front desk (who was very nice) and all she did was shrug and say “yeah they start knocking on doors to see who has left already”. I still give it 3 stars bc the desk staff were very nice and professional, the breakfast was decent with a nice selection, and the room had been completely renovated like new. Just a side note that there is NO ELEVATOR in the 2 story facility.

Stopped in Ridgefield on our trip between Bryce Canyon and arches national Park. We’re very pleased with the condition of this quality inn. Everything was nice and clean. Front staff was excellent and they had a great breakfast.

Room is very nice, clean and spacious bathroom was tight smallest shower I’ve ever ever been in, felt like shower was from a RV. Sheets were super soft pillows, too soft The remote definitely needed new batteries

The property is dated but in good condition. We liked the layout of the hotel and convenience it offered. There was coffee available upfront all day which is a plus. We would stay in this hotel again in the future.
