The cabin is a 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom layout, along with a spacious, open floor plan of the living room/kitchen/dining areas; You will love the cozy rustic hand-made live edge wood furniture made (by your host!) from wood sourced here, combining rustic and modern vibes mixed with farmhouse charm & decor. The cabin's spacious vaulted ceilings feature 2 comfortable bedrooms (1 queen bed, 2 twin beds (bunkbeds), large couch, oversized comfy chair w/ ottoman, and a twin size bed memory foam porch swing allow for multiple sleeping arrangements!) The bathroom is stocked with luxe toiletries and has a luxurious, modern free standing soaking bathtub with rainforest shower head; perfect for enjoying a long hot shower, or a relaxing bubble bath! The secluded porch has the best nap spot in the oversized twin bed memory foam porch swing that will rock you to sleep, and a full size BBQ grill!
Enjoy hiking all over the farm with access to the trailhead right out the cabin's front door (be sure to check out the old wellhouse/year round mountain fed spring for some of the freshest water you will ever drink and formerly a famous overnight spot during the covered wagon days!) . Enjoy the best river fishing in Rogers Creek, with surrounds nearly the entire farm!
Bring your horses/trailer, we have plenty of room/guest paddock(s) and you can enjoy riding in our state of the art equestrian facilities and on the trails all over our farm, from our rolling green pastures, along the river, to up the top of our mountain trails to take in the breathtaking views overlooking the valley . (Riders will be required to sign a riding release as standard protocol for our farm, proof of negative coggins and vaccinations within 1 year required for guest horses). We have 2 RV hookups as well! Interested in taking a horse riding lesson from one of our professional instructors? Inquire to see if we have availability for during your stay and we will do our best to accommodate! Well mannered pets are welcome as long as kept on a leash and we are notified they will be staying with us. Please refer to our pet policy for the added pet fee(s)/rules.

Pet Fee(s) for Dogs/Cats:
We welcome well mannered, house trained dogs and cats! Trained, well behaved dogs are welcome in the house as long as they are house trained and well mannered and that they stay off the furniture and that cats do not claw the furniture (please do not leave dogs unattended, we provide a large crate for dog(s) left unattended).
There is just a required Pet Fee payment, per pet, which are the following (based on the length of your stay):
-For Reservations 3 days and under: Pet Fee of $40.00/per dog or cat
-For Reservations 4-10 days: Pet Fee of $60.00/per dog or cat
-For Reservations 11-30 days: Pet Fee of $80.00/per dog or cat
-For Reservations 30+ days: message host directly to confirm pet fee per month depending on length of stay
Pet Fee(s) must be paid in advance. After your reservation is confirmed/booked, please message me and let me know how many pets will be staying. I will send you a Payment Request through here on the portal where you can pay the Pet Fee(s).
Extra Guest(s) Fee: Extra guests are welcome, over the capacity maximum (8 guests is max.). The Extra Guest Fee is just $40.00/per guest if the maximum # of guests allowed is exceeded. After your reservation is confirmed, please message me to tell me how many extra guests will be coming, and I will send you the Payment Request through here on the portal where you can pay the Extra Guest Fee(s).
Horse(s) Fees: This property is an EQUESTRIAN LOVER'S PARADISE! We welcome you to bring your horse(s) to explore some of the most beautiful trail riding in this area of Tennessee, with all different types of trails (fields, gallop paths, wooded trails with scenic outlooks, etc.!)!
Our farm is total paradise for those who love to travel with their horses and are looking to go explore this area of Tennessee! This property has fenced horse pastures, paddocks, and stalls in our several barns, nearby or surrounding the cabin for your horse(s), so each day they are here, your horses have plenty of room to graze, stretch their legs, and rest in comfort! Please message us with how many horses you will be bringing so we can plan the best accommodations for your horse(s). We have a large fenced paddock right outside of the cabin, where you can see your horse(s) right from the cabin's windows and the private, secluded porch. We have plenty of parking to accommodate multiple vehicles and trailer(s) parking during your stay. If you are bringing your own horses to come enjoy your stay with us, listed below are the following guest horse requirements/fees:
*Proof of current up to date vaccinations, Rabies included
*Proof of negative Coggins dated within 1 year
*Completed Guest Horse Information Form (verifying each horse(s) name, age, color/markings, Owner, Rider, sex, breed, emergency contact information etc.)
*Signed Riding Release per each Rider who will be riding during your stay, each riding release per rider must be completed, signed, and received/sent to the Host prior to your/your horse(s) arrival
*$35.00 Haul In Trailer Parking Fee/per trailer
*$35.00 Horse Board Fee/Per Horse/Per Day
-During your stay with us, you must self care for your horses, therefore you must supply and feed your own Hay and Grain and fill the provided water trough for your horse(s). We supply clean water trough(s) and there is a ready to use hose hooked up on the exterior of the cabin by the parking lot area
-On a case by case basis depending on our hay stock on hand, If you
need to purchase any small square hay bale(s) from us, please let us know the # of bales you need for during your stay with us, so we can confirm if so we can sell them to you, and so we can calculate the total Hay Fee amount due. *Hay bale prices subject to change based on the current market prices
*All Horse Fees/Trailer Fees must be paid in advance of arrival (we prefer these fees are paid at the time of booking your reservation, however we understand if you are traveling as a group, the total number of guest horses coming could change, total Horse Fees and Trailer Fees are just required to be paid in advance of arrival/check in).
