Hafan is a comfortable single-story home less than a minute from the beach in Rhosneigr, as you pull into this quiet cul-de-sac the view of the sea is just enticing. Hafan makes the most of its location and its fresh and bright living room makes the most of the view with large windows that let in natural light and offer lovely sea views. The living room also has a fireplace and central heating for cosy autumn-winter stays so cuddle up on either of the two sofas and enjoy a movie or just the warmth from the fire. Either side of the living room is a double bedroom and the small twin room. Next to the twin and kitchen is the king-size master bedroom.

There is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath, sink, and toilet, as well as a separate modern shower room located at the rear entrance, perfect for rinsing off after a busy day at the beach. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with ample space to prepare meals and leads out to a newly built garden room with a dining table for six guests. A fab element to this kitchen is the Quooker - an instant hot tap so you don't need to wait for the kettle to boil, not to mention the integrated microwave oven. The garden room leads to the enclosed garden, which boasts uninterrupted views of the beach, and dunes.

Hafan has a private driveway with ample off-road parking and a further paved area to the front, completing the outdoor space of this hidden haven by the sea. The enclosed garden behind provides a relaxing area with stunning views of the beach and dunes.
