Four free standing private pool Villas of identical design and position (one is occupied by the owner of the gated estate), ideal for families and friends, offering accommodation of 2 bedrooms (plus 1 small room in front of the main bedroom and an optional one at the basement), 1 bathroom, 1 w.c., 1 external shower, open plan lounge and kitchen with high end appliances onto a large patio, partially sheltered, with barbecue facilities and a 7,50*3,50 m private swimming pool in front of the living room. Sophisticated interiors, great outdoors, all equipped to very good standards. Ceiling fans also available in every room for people who do not like air condition. Both bedrooms have private balconies looking out over golf course and the sea. The distance between the villas ensures absolute privacy concerning sight and sound.
Blue flag Afandou beach (6 KM long), a long stretch of sandy and small gravel beach with crystal clear waters, is at walking distance(300 M) and it is perfect for swimming and snorkeling.
Near the property there is the most successful supermarket of the island with excellent prices and an ATM in front.
Taverns and cafes can also be found along the sea front and main road.
The local water park in Faliraki is just a 7 minute drive away and offers a great day of water fun. You will also find a great range of beaches and coves within easy driving distance - Anthony Quinn Bay, Tsambika Beach (shallow waters, excellent sand for small kids, ten minutes drive away) and of course the fabulous 4 km long sandy beach of Faliraki. Here you can sample a vast array of water sports and enjoy many boat trips to Rhodes town or just cruising the local bays.
Rhodes Old Town is a fascinating medieval city, a UNESCO world heritage site and a short 20 minutes’ drive away. Meander around the narrow cobbled streets or window shop along the wide paved Socrates Street.
Famous LINDOS village is 30 minutes drive away.

Perfect villa and Location
Villa better than described and location is perfect. All you can hear outside the villa is the pool and the crickets. Peaceful location and Afandou is lovely. Supermarket near by With everything you need and 2 nearest towns have nightlife should you want it.
Hosts were so helpful and friendly.
I visited to get away from it all, it was perfect and will return ASAP.

Location très bien située à 5 minutes à pied de la plage d'afantou. Maison très propre très agréable. Propriétaire accueillant. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

Perfekte Lage für Ausflüge.
Alles was man braucht ( Tavernen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) in wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen. Ein Mietwagen ist ein muss. Perfekte Lage für Ausflüge ( Rhodos Stadt, Lindos usw.) Für ausschlafen weniger, aber das kann man zuhause tun :)
Die Villa ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ein paar Sachen sollten repariert werden. Was Tierwelt betrifft sind Katzen und Mücken vorhanden. Hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des Besitzers und seine Hilfsbereitschaft. Alles in allem waren wir mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.
