Customer service is impeccable! Lovely guy sorted it all for us and even let us use hotel pool after checkout as flight so late. Please book this is a fabulous villa, great pool, can walk to restaurants and a little “strip”. We hired a car for beaches and trips but loads of scooter hire places too. No loud nightlife, go to Paradise Cafe for excellent service and great prices greek food.

Fantastic properties located close to all the restaurants in Kolymbia. Clean and well stocked (the owners provided welcome bottles of wine, fizzy drinks, and a fruit bowl on the table). Beuatiful private pool in a well maintained garden - gardener seemed to be around watering plants most mornings and the cleaners changed towels and gave the floors a good mop daily. Location is superb. water sports and beaches a short walk or drive away, a small cocktail bar within 5 mins walk. Everyone so friendly. Lindos 30/40 minutes down the road, Rhodes old Town about the same in other direction. Manuel - the owner - so friendly. Came round and gave advice (never any pressure to book through him, no hard sell; he comes, chats and leaves, so refreshing to have sincere local knowledge - he gave us a list of his favourite restaurants and we tried a number of them. all excellent local tavernas) Relaxing holiday location that I would thoroughly recommend.

Gorgeous luxury villa

We had a fabulous holiday here. 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The villa was spotlessly clean and the pool was lovely. Maid service every day and the rep also contacted us almost every day, often bringing cakes, to ensure we had everything we wanted. The villa was really peaceful and quiet, very relaxing. The wifi was adequate for all our needs. Kolymbia is a small family resort and we didn't spend much time there, but it was a 10 minute walk, 15minutes to the beach, if you wanted. We stayed by the pool! It is well located for visiting other parts of the island, being halfway between Rhodes and Lindos, plus close to one of the roads crossing the island. I would say a car is essential. I wouldn't recommend it for families with very young children as there are marble floors, split level rooms, and the pool is directly off the patio, with no barrier to stop small children accessing it. Once your children are safe near water it is a fabulous holiday location.

Παρα πολυ ομορφο σπιτι σε πανεμορφο περιβαλλον. Χαρηκαμε την πισινα κ τη σαουνα, τη θεα απο τη βεραντα κ το μπαρμπεκιου στην εξοχη διπλα στην πισινα. Μας ικανοποιησε η καθαριοτητα, το σερβις κ η αμεση ανταποκριση του ξενοδοχου σε ο,τι χρειαστηκαμε! Το φαγητο που παραγγειλαμε απο τον καταλογο του δωματιου αξιζε τα λεφτα του λογω ποιοτητας αλλα κ μεγαλης ποσοτητας. θα το ξαναεπισκεφτουμε.

Виллы супер, отдых сказка!

Отдыхали компанией, впятером в конце октября, неделю. Виллы просто супер! Отличное расположение, приятный обслуживающий персонал, На вилле есть все удобства, оборудованная кухня, все электроприборы, посуда, Вся мебель, собственный бассейн, мангал! Красивый вид на горы, тишина. Да ещё всё это за смешные деньги!

Sauberes Appartement mit allem drum und dran

Ein herzlicher Empfang. Jeden Tag wurde gefragt, ob irgendetwas fehlt. Es wurden uns nette Ausflugsziele empfohlen. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal und auch Chef! In dem Haus war alles vorhanden- vom sandwichtoster bis zum DVD player .....

Perfekt für große und kleine Familien

Gepflegte ruhige Anlage,mit Allem eingerichtet was Familie braucht .Auto empfehlenswert,weil die nähere Umgebung schnell erkundet ist .Dann ist es aber ein nach Hause kommen.Francesca ,die Gouvernante macht einen prima Job und ist die gute Seele der 12 Island Villas .Kommen sicher wieder
