This is a modern flat offering absolute comfort and able to accommodate up to 8 people in 125m2 of interior space and large outdoor spaces. There are 3 air conditioned double bedrooms, a large bathroom and an open space kitchen, dining room, and living room area. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The interior is decorated with warm colors, beautiful textiles and pictures to create a homely atmosphere. There are central heating and energy efficient fireplace for winter time visitors.

There is a roofed outdoor terrace ideal for enjoying your drinks or just read your book. The garden offers different sitting and dining spaces and a stone built barbecue facility. Also an intex, filtered Pool.

The house is situated a couple of km away from numerous local sights and beaches such as Faliraki, Kallithea Springs, and Lindos. The city of Rhodes is just 25 minutes away by car. It is perfect for your short or longer stays in the area.

• Bedrooms
The first bedroom has two single beds. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with two single beds. The third bedroom a double bed and a sofa that converts into a double bed. All bedrooms are air conditioned and decorated in warm textiles, wooden furniture and beautiful pictures on the walls.

• Bathrooms
There is one spacious bathroom with a large corner bathtub. There is a washing machine available and of course, shampoo, soap are provided.

• Kitchen
A fully equipped kitchen offers you all necessary amenities to prepare any kind of a meal of the day. Then just let the dishwasher do the job! There is also a large dining table to accommodate 8 persons.

• Living Room
The kitchen and living room are in an open space with two different sitting areas. One cozy, corner area has two sofas, a coffee table, TV set and an energy efficient fireplace.

• Outdoors
This house is surrounded by paved terraces with outdoor furniture ideal for enjoying your drinks, meals or reading your book. A stone built barbecue is available if you like experimenting with some outdoor cooking. If you are traveling with children, the terrace is safe and can offer hours of outdoors fun!

The flat is located in Afantou suburbs, a quiet, residential area with mostly summer houses. 300m away you can find a wide range of cafes and restaurants. The center of Afantou town is 1,3m away and there you can find supermarkets, bank, pharmacy and shops. The seafront summer area of Kolymbia is just 400m. There is a bus stop at 200m. The nearest beach is only 600m away and the famous golf course of Afantou just 1,3km.

• Afantou area and village
The village of Afandou is located 5Km from Faliraki, and it is one of the largest and oldest villages on the Island of Rhodes. Set against a lavish setting of fruit and olive trees, the village is also famous for its carpet manufacturers. Its population is approximately 7.500 people. Practically anything you may need can be found there, as there are stores and shops of any kind.

If you chance through the village, it is essential to visit the church of Our Lady, right next to the settlement’s main square. Right there on this square, you will be able to meet many locals, who are very hospitable, and also carry a very characteristic accent.

There is a permanent folk art exhibition hosted in the village which, during the summer months, is connected to the beach by small a road-train. The beach of Afandou is by all accounts vast! It extends to a length of over 3Km offering crystal-clear waters and unconditional tan possibilities to sunlight worshipers.

On the far left side of the beach, where the shore ends, you will find areas with rocks and caves, which are suitable for the most adventurous amongst you! You should also not neglect to visit the unique church of Our Lady Katholiki.

The church is decorated with frescoes dating from the 17th Century. Dedicated to Holy Mary, this church holds its celebration day in August, with a huge religious and folklore festival definitely worth attending. In August the church celebrates and a big religious festival is being held.

The golf court - Afandou Golf - is also located close to the village.
