Directly on the long beach of Gennadi is the newly renovated beach villa (first occupancy 2018, modern 90 sqm) on a good 4. 000 sqm plot. The sound of the sea can be heard right up to bed - promised! The house is modern. The beach is miles long and virtually deserted, the water crystal clear. The house merges inside and out into a harmonious refuge - sea, air, light, sun, shade, palm trees - the right place for every state of mind is guaranteed ...
The beach villa is ideal for couples who want to enjoy their togetherness, for small groups of friends and for families with children of all ages. For the children there is even a swing in the garden. High chair and cot are available on request.
Our guests have access to the entire house and garden. Beach villa and garden have a contemporary decor - modern kitchen appliances (dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker), washing machine, wireless internet, sun loungers, etc .. The style of the house is Greek blue and white in a cozy country house style. Everything is new - the last furniture is brand new beginning 2018 ....
The beach villa is the owner's childhood dream ("Surfer Boy"), but there is not enough time left to inhabit it permanently ... But we are always back on the island, in this or another place ...
On request, a cleaning service can be booked in (almost) any interval.
This beach villa with its wonderful garden and the direct location on the miles long beach is the ideal oasis of well-being for sun seekers and peace seekers. We have lovingly renovated and furnished the house, because it is also for us - so we are pleased about guests who appreciate and enjoy this offer.
The beach villa is located about 2 km from Gennadi directly on the beach and in the middle of a large garden with some old trees (hammock!), many olive trees and some fig trees. The immediate neighborhood is characterized by fields, olive groves and some detached houses. The beach is miles long and almost deserted, the water crystal clear. The environment is natural, rural and quiet. It is a place of power for the soul.
Gennadi is located on the south east coast of Rhodes, about 27 km from Lindos (great acropolis and hustle and bustle), 65 km from the city of Rhodes (enchanted old town and pure shopping) and the airport, 30 km from Prasonisi (Surfers' Paradise) and 14 km from Plimiri (probably the best fish restaurant of the island).

Relaxing break
Combined peace and tranquility of a beach side location with the convenience of all the village facilities. (Shops bars restaurants) Within walking distance. Villa was comfortable and well equipped. Well located for exploring the quieter southern half of Rhodes as well as Lindos.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit Privatsphäre
Der Garten endet direkt am Strand. Dieser ist allerdings ein Kiesstrand mit recht groben Steinen. Das ist trotzdem OK, da sich die ganze Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes niemand an diesen Strand verirrt hat. Die Bepflanzung schützt vor Blicken aus den Nachbargrundstücken. Sehr viel Natur für Rhodos-Verhältnisse. Abends oft eine Gruppe Hirsche vor der Veranda, morgens auch Mal ein Feldhasen. Hatten eine ruhige, schöne Zeit.

Landestypisches modernes Haus am Meer
Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub diesem Zuhause auf Zeit verlebt. Wer es gerne ruhig mag und doch alle Annehmlichkeiten schnell erreichen möchte, Einkauf, Essen etc., der ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus strahlt griechischen Charme aus, ist innen modern, hell, sauber. Der große Garten, mit privatem Strandzugang, ist einfach herrlich!

Einzigartiges Feriendominizil
Der erste Eindruck beim Durchstöbern dieser Ferienadresse, die Beschreibungen des Anbieters, werden in vollem Umfang erfüllt, ja übertreffen diese noch. Wir, eine Familie mit 2 Kindern (15 und 17 Jahre), haben die Zeit vor Ort sehr genossen und die Erinnerungen wirken noch lange nach. Wer seine Seele in wunderschöner Umgebung und Einrichtung baumeln lassen will, der ist hier an der richtigen Adresse.

Ferienidyll am Kiesstrand
Tolles Haus in abgeschiedener wunderschöner Landschaft, immer mit Blick auf‘s Meer. Küche, Wohnraum und Terrasse sind gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Einzig die Matratze im Doppelbett könnte erneuert werden. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus an der Ostküste von Rhodos - perfekt zum Entspannen...
Wir haben sehr erholsame, entspannte Ferientage in der ruhig gelegenen Villa Thalassa verbracht. Alles war wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Besonders gut hat uns der schöne Garten mit traumhaften Blick auf das kristallklare Meer gefallen. Um die Insel zu erkunden, ist definitiv ein Mietwagen erforderlich. Dann aber ist die Villa ein perfekter Ort für alle, die einen Urlaub abseits der großen Touristenströme bevorzugen.

Erholung am ruhigen Strand abseits des Touristenrummels
Wir haben uns in der Villa Thalassa sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank, dass wir unseren Urlaub dort verbringen durften. Ein Mietwagen ist sehr zu empfehlen, um auch mal das Inselinnere und die schöne Westküste zu entdecken. Das Haus liegt wie im Inserat beschrieben abseits des Touristenrummels, den Strand hatten wir fast für uns allein. Badeschuhe sind sehr hilfreich.

Einfach traumhaft ...
Ein wirklich schönes Haus, für alle die es entspannt und ruhig angehen lassen. Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen, das Haus ist schön, gut ausgestattet und alles ist da. Von morgens bis Abends Sonne und schattige Plätzxhen rund um das Haus, je nach dem was man möchte. Eine klare Empfehlung, einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt ist das Badezimmer, das ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen aber vollkommen funktional. Beim nächsten Rhodos Besuche kommen wir sehr gerne wieder ....

Tolles Ferienhaus am Strand
Die Villa Thalassa ist ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus, direkt am Strand gelegen. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet (perfekte Kücheneinrichtung, Sonnenliegen, Strandtücher, etc.) und schön eingerichtet. Von Susanne haben wir eine sehr detaillierte Beschreibung zu allen wichtigen Punkten erhalten (Anreise, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, ...). Einzig die Matratzen fanden wir etwas unbequem, aber das ist ja eine subjektive Einschätzung. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt und erholsame Ferien verbracht!

Oase in angenehmer Umgebung
Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und einfach zu bewirtschaften. Der Garten ist gross und schön gestaltet. Vom Sitzplatz aus blickten wir direkt auf das Meer, links Palmen und rechts Olivenbäume. In der Nähe hat es feine Gaststätten. Wir kamen kulinarisch voll auf die Rechnung. Der Erholungswert war sehr hoch. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern ist angenehm und zuverlässig. Oase zum Relaxen
Sehr schönes, ruhig gelegenes und gut ausgestattetes Haus mit wunderschönem Garten und unmittelbar am Meer gelegen, mit klarem Wasser zum Schwimmen. Für uns war die Villa Thalassa eine entspannte Oase zum Relaxen mit Hängematte und Liegestühlen. Ein Mietwagen zur Anreise und Erkundung der sehr abwechslungsreichen Insel ist empfehlenswert.

Ein kleines Paradies
Wir haben alles so vorgefunden, wie es beschrieben war. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Garten ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Wir haben die Lage direkt am Meer und die Ruhe in vollen Zügen genossen. Beim Schnorcheln haben wir viele verschiedene Fische entdeckt. Mit dem Mietwagen haben wir die Insel erkundet und uns an der Schönheit der Landschaft erfreut. Wir freuen uns sehr, dass es so ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Idyll etwas abseits des Massentourismus gibt.

Erholsamer Urlaub direkt am Strand in einer schönen und komfortablen Strandvilla
Unsere Familie (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, 5 und 7 Jahre alt ) hatte eine perfekte Urlaubswoche in der Villa Thalassa. Etwas ausserhalb des Dorfes Gennadi gelegen war die Umgebung absolut ruhig...wir haben uns fast wie auf einer einsamen Insel gefühlt. Der Kiesstrand direkt angrenzend am Garten der Villa war sehr weitläufig und quasi nur für uns. Klares, sauberes Wasser - perfekt zum Baden (Badeschuhe empfehlenswert). Nicht ganz flach abfallend, war aber für die Kinder kein Problem. Das Haus ist sehr schön und gepflegt, alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Die Küche ist ganz neu und super ausgestattet. Auch der Außenbereich ist grosszügig und gepflegt. Insgesamt ein perfektes Ferienhaus für eine Familie. Gennadi ist klein, bieter aber alles Notwendige - Supermarkt, Bars und Tavernen. Ein Mietauto ist empfehlenswert. Damit kann man schön die Insel erkunden - die Entfernungen sind gering, die Strassen gut ausgebaut. Wenn man Abwechslung möchte, gibt es schöne Strände in der Nähe - Glystra Beach, Prassonisi etc. Lindos erreicht man auch schnell. Auf unsere Fragen hat Susanne immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Wir hatten aber alle wesentliche Informationen schon vorab von ihr bekommen, daher war die Anreise problemlos und auch der Aufenthalt sehr entspannt. Insgesamt haben wir eine sehr schöne Woche in der Villa Thalassa verbracht, wir würden gerne wiederholen.
