This hotel was ABSOLUTELY fabulous, loved everything about it. The property is stunning and the BEST of locations, the staff was wonderful and truly went above ans beyond. Loved our stay, thank you!
Great apartment hotel in the centre of Reykjavik close to transport, restaurants and attractions. Really appreciated being given early check-in on our second stay and the can-do attitude of the front desk staff of the Center Hotel.

Took a long time for reception to make the touchpad lock work. Also parking can’t be reserved which makes it a total lottery and difficult to know whether to plan an alternative.
We loved having a spacious 2 bedroom apartment with a pull out sofa so we each had our own bed since beds in European locations are very small. The beds were a little stiff but generally comfortable. The apartment kitchen has extremely basic items but enough to make a few simple meals while we stayed. My one complaint was that there was loud club music blaring every night we were there from the nearby bars, the music played until after 1am every night and was a problem as the windows are not sound proof.

Disliked: Amenities
Unpleasant smell inside property due to hot water that came from hot springs. Also lack air circulation thru out property. So there was a dead fishy smell that won’t go away. Bathroom too small. Noisy front entrance with door slamming shut constantly as our apartment was right above it.
Staff kind and flexible. Room was pleasant and did the job: safe place to sleep, store one's belongings and use the washroom.
Minor maintenance issues (door to entryway from apartments sticks, etc.), but nothing terrible.
Lovely stay. Would consider again if we return to Reykjavik.

Amazing hotel with the friendliest staff. They were kind, helpful, always willing to answer questions and so wonderful to our son. We are hopeful they will ship our clothes to us after an unfortunate dryer mishap :)
I loved how central the property was. Very clean and comfortable. It was a little loud on the weekend and with doors opening and shutting.
Parking can be frustrating.
Perfect central location, great modern room, super clean and great view of the city from the rooftop.

The apartment was lovely and I wish I could have stayed longer. The location was perfect-in the center of downtown Reyjkavik. My only quible was getting into the apartment. It was easy to get into the apartment but following the instructions i received, I couldnt get into thr apt. I called their number and i was told that i had to go across the street to get a key. Not a big problem. Also be warned. There is an elevator but 3 steps to get to it. Also, a big step down once you open the apt door. Once again, not a big issue. It is a lovely apt .

Reasonable place but communication not so hot
Room was ok, if a bit damp in the bathroom. But one main problem was getting into the apartment. No code was sent as promised. We then retrieved one from the lobby of the sister hotel across the street, but that didn’t work. Then had to go back out again and explain the situation to the management. Not great.
