we stayed there for two nights.The room was booked for four adults. the lights did not work properly, washroom had sulphur smell.None of us were Able to shower because of the strong smell. cleanliness was just average. My husband had to use the sofa bed which was very uncomfortable, we called Customer service and the woman said she was not able to fix the problem today but she will definitely switch us to another, better room tomorrow.To our disappointment we didn't hear from her the next day and we had to live in the same room! We were very upset with the whole customer service.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The customer service lady also said that she'll escalate our complaint to the manager, but the issue was not resolved and she didn't even call back.

We would have needed a bedside table as my wife sleeps with a cpap machine. The lighting in the living room and kitchen was deficient. It would have been nice to be able to check in earlier than 3:00 pm as we arrived early in the morning and were quite tired. Also a freezer in the fridge would have been convenient for our freezer packs.

Should record video for how to use the security codes to enter building and apartment. Shower door not proper. Water spills everywhere while taking shower. No holders to hang clothes in bathroom or apartment room. Less spoons and spatula. No strainer

Loved the apartment. It comes with stove top and microwave. No oven. Only issue is that road noise is loud on second floor and crosswalk timer is very loud to the point of distraction. View of valley is stunning. Black out curtains could be better.

Things were broken, early check in was allowed but no running water so I couldn’t flush the toilet not take a shower. Apartment not in a state of good repair nor very clean. Lots of photos to prove it. Going to post pictures online with my review on the various sites. So disappointing considering the cost! Not worth it

Located in an easy accessible part in the Reykjavik area, just on the outskirts of the city. The room itself was clean and well setup. The area was quite, with gas stations and grocery stores nearby

Good size apartment, clean, good location, plenty of parking. Water system needs improvement particularly hot water, no hot water for one night during our stay, did know where to call for help

Arrived around 3:30 pm to find my room hadn't been cleaned. I found the cleaner working down the hall and was told it would be another 45mins before my room would be ready. I had reached out to the property earlier to see if an early check-in was available, and told that would likely not happen and incur a, "small" fee of $45 euro. I requested a partial refund for the room not being ready as promised, to which I heard nothing. I contacted them twice, no response at all. The room was satisfactory albeit showing signs of wear all over. Cracked toilet seat, warping trim and edging. It did not live up to the expectations set by others or the property. I was disappointed.

Lack of organisation, terrible pillows and bed wasnt great. The water from sink and shower smelt like faeces, very strange. Definitely not worth the money and would recommend staying elsewhere.
