Welcome to our newly renovated home that is curated to feel more like a retreat than a home for you. With comfort, convenience and cleanliness at the top of our list, we hope that you will find a sense of ease and coziness in every room with the selection of amenities and details picked out for each one throughout the house. Enjoy from the moment you walk in the view of mature landscape in the backyard and the magnificent willow tree that will make you feel like you are in an enchanting garden in addition to a retreat every day.

- Phil and Ted’s double stroller and a single stroller are available to use
- Rocking bassinet crib for young babies/newborns
- Night lights in all the bedrooms.
- There are kid friendly games and the backyard is a great place to play as well.

The bedrooms all feature 12” hybrid gel memory foam mattresses, soft quality linens, a variety of blankets and pillows for varying tastes, full length mirrors, lamps in addition to overhead lighting, power strip cords at the bedside with USB A and C ports and AC outlets, sound machine, waste basket, fan, night light, alarm clock and more.

There are two main living areas, one on the main level and one downstairs, and two dining areas that are thoughtfully laid out and arranged to provide an ideal setting for your entertainment during your stay.

The focal point in the living room on the main level is a charming gas fireplace with two oversized leather chairs on both sides that encourage engaging in conversations in a comfortable and cozy setting. Or prop your feet up on one of the ottomans, put your beverage on the side table and just relax! On the opposite end of the living room, there’s a large round table with enough seating for 8-10 that encourages a place for eating meals or gathering to play board games and card games while in the middle of the living room, there’s a quality leather couch with reclining seats on both ends and a smart tv with Roku and streaming capabilities and a dvd player with dvds provided for entertainment. If a breath of fresh air is what you need, there's a set of french doors you can open up leading to the balcony outside and enjoy! There’s a set of 4 wooden chairs and 2 side tables for beverages.

The downstairs living room features a large wall to wall sectional, a large leather ottoman, several soft cozy blankets and a smart tv with Roku and streaming capabilities and a dvd player with dvds to provide the ideal setting for a comfortable and cozy movie night and/or marathon. With a door attached, you can easily close the door to create a private moody retreat to lounge, rest and relax in. It can also be an additional sleeping quarters for larger groups and is stocked with a twin and full size air mattress with electric built in pumps, linens, blankets and pillows to accompany them and another fold out 10” memory foam bed that’s stored in the large and spacious laundry room connected to it.

Connected to the living room on the main level is a dining room with a table that seats as many as 6 , two high chairs and a booster seat that’s stored in the pantry. Enjoy eating a meal inside or open up another set of french doors to the outside and enjoy the side patio that has a BBQ grill available for you to use.

The kitchen is well stocked with the essentials to be able to prepare and cook a variety of meals, even fast ones with an air fryer available for your convenience. We also provide butter, the main condiments for bbqs and sandwiches, rice, a couple brownie mixes, microwave popcorn, instant oatmeal, packages of cinnamon and brown sugar Belvita crackers, pancake mix and maple syrup along with a waffle maker for breakfasts. There are also typical appliances, like a coffee maker, electric kettle, rice maker, blender and toaster available. Baking supplies, spices and oils are well stocked in the kitchen, too.

The walk out basement allows you to walk out to a shaded patio with furnished with nice comfortable patio furniture and two swinging egg chairs to relax in. With the mature landscaping, an apple tree and a giant willow tree, the backyard makes for a wonderful place to relax and feels very whimsical and dreamy.

This house exudes peace and calmness and is very comfortable to stay in. The surroundings are very serene with a mature willow tree, apple trees, flowers, plants and lots of greenery. The quiet neighborhood makes it a great place to relax both on the inside and outside.
