The room was a bit small, but it was newly renovated and the bed was really comfortable. Bathroom was new and clean. The best part though was the breakfast. Healthy options (gf and hard boiled eggs, potatoes not previously frozen) and lots of options with super friendly staff. Great value when you add in breakfast!

Everything about the state was excellent. Check-in was easy, it was dog friendly, The hot tub was incredible, The beds were comfortable, The free breakfast was exceptional!

The breakfast was great. That is the only good thing about this hotel. We were given a smaller room than we booked with no change in price. The hotel has just been renovated but looks like lipstick was put on a pig. Would not stay there again unless the price was decreased.

Cool exterior
Conveniently located right across from the railway tracks and Transcanada highway the Stoke allows you to enjoy the sounds of both freight trains and semi trucks all night long. The multi coloured carpets are a deep pile which effectively absorb all manor of spills and smells. We’ll positioned close to both a Denny’s and McDonalds for excellent dining options. Vintage beds are a nice touch.
