Private Luxury Alpha Estate & Spa is a unique villa with expansive sea and tree grove garden views, its outdoor area & amenities is what sets it apart. The luxury fully fenced with private driveway villa is 640 sq.m. 2 pools 3 floors, 6 bedrooms of which 1 in-law, 1 exterior suites and 6.5 bathrooms estate. The villa accommodates 12 guests in beds. Additional 3 guests can be accommodated with 3 semi double sofa beds in bedrooms and 1 rollaway bed. The villa is accessible as it has ramps and an elevator in the villa. The outdoor amenities of the villa are: large pool area with fire pit, bar & bbq areas. Additionally, private mini golf with shaded pergola with seating, faux soft lawn playground and fountain. Indoor amenities include indoor heated pool, sauna & gym equipment.

What Etouri loves about the villa: it is perfect for all types of travelers such as - large groups, couples traveling with family & it is an accessible villa with an elevator and wheelchair ramps. The villa offers an in-law studio and an exterior suite. The villa is perfect for events as the estate offers landscaped areas: mini golf with shaded pergola area & fountain, pool area & exterior guest suite. This villa is also ideal for couples for large family gatherings as there is a large playground for children.

Layout
Outdoor Area & Grounds
Following a private extended driveway entering the grounds of the villa is met with the mini golf and playground area. Continuing on the stone walkway along the villa to the right, the first exterior suite is found which is separate from the main building.
Exterior Guest Suite/Bedroom 1
The ensuite fully accessible guest suite completely separate from the villa includes a double size bed (1,60 X 2,00), a bathroom and mini fridge. It also has a sofa and fireplace. Large panel doors offer a quiet garden view and private terrace.
Following the main walkway and up the stairs through the entryway this is where there is the large pool & outdoor entertaining areas with a seaview. Next to the terrace are the ramps for wheelchair access as well.
Outdoor amenities include:

- An outdoor 60 m2 private swimming pool depth ranging from 0.60 m. to 1.60 m.

In-Law Suite / Bedroom 2
From the entryway terrace the in-law suite is immediately to the right of the hall and is completely separate from the main house. A completely separate suite includes a decent sized living room space with a smart TV, sofa which can also be used as a single sleeping space and full kitchen with a mini breakfast bar for 3 guests. There is a full bathroom with a bath/shower. The bedroom includes A/C, double bed (1,80 X 2,00) and access to the pool area from the bedroom.
Main House
The main house is located to the left from the entryway terrace. From the main door you will find the ground floor with a high ceiling open plan living room space and elevator. The living room has a corner sofa, 65 HDTV with Netflix, movie projector & fireplace. The dining area is located to the right of the living room space and includes a table accommodating 8 guests. The dining room has large windows and a balcony that overlooks the childrens playground/mini golf area. The general use W/C is also on this floor.
The kitchen to the right of the living room space is a large space with ample storage space. It includes full size all Miele appliances: fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, dryer and washer. The island has the stove and breakfast bar accommodating 4 guests.
From this level you have access to either of the floors by either large staircase or elevator.
Upper level
Bedroom 3
An ensuite with a glass shower stall and jacuzzi bathtub king size bedroom (1,60 X 2,00) includes a smart 43" TV, a walk-in closet and vanity. The bedroom also includes a private terrace with 2 sun beds and a garden/ seaview.
Bedroom 4
Master bedroom is further down the hall and is a very large spacious ensuite king bedroom (1,60 X 2,00). It has a wardrobe and in-room jacuzzi along with a dedicated table suitable for office work. The master suite overlooks through the large window with curtains over the living room area. The ensuite bathroom also has a shower stall. Direct access to a large shared terrace with the master suite, bedroom 3 & 4 includes patio furniture, which overlooks the pool area and seaview.
The following two bedrooms are on the same level and are separated from 2 bedrooms in a separate wing of the house with hallway and door for added privacy.
Bedroom 5
A mezzanine en suite king size (1,60 X 2,00) bedroom or 2 single beds (0,80 X 2,00) which can be separated or joined to form a bed of choice. The bedroom includes a 43 HDTV, wardrobe room and bathroom with shower cabin. On the mezzanine is where an additional 1 guest can be accommodated with a sofa bed. Direct access to a large shared terrace with the master suite, bedroom 5 & 6 includes patio furniture, which overlooks the pool area and seaview.
Bedroom 6
A mezzanine en suite double (1,60 X 2,00) bedroom includes 43 HDTV, wardrobe room and bathroom with shower cabin. On the mezzanine is where an additional 1 guest can be accommodated with a sofa bed. Lower Level & Spa

The lower floor area is dedicated to the wellness area where there can be found gym equipment which includes: 2 treadmills, elliptical machine, static bike, mats and weights. To the left of the staircase you can enter through a glass door a beautiful intimate area with dimmable ceiling lights, an indoor 15m2 heated pool with hydromassage jets, a sauna and a shower cabin. The indoor pool can be heated for an additional charge and may be used only for the duration of the stay. There are nice 4 comfortable love chairs enough to accommodate up to 10 guests.
Garage
Located on this level, the indoor garage suitable for 2 cars has direct access to the house which makes it easy to get things brought into the house such as groceries and suitcases as there is an elevator also to service all floors. There are more parking spaces available outdoors.

A wonderful home from home
The Alpha Villa and Spa was a wonderful holiday location, where we wanted for nothing. The setting, the facilities and the service were all first class. Akis was there to meet us and made sure we had everything we needed and more. The complimentary concierge service and daily cleaning made it feel more like a private hotel than just the beautiful villa it was.

Incredible luxury for an epic trip!
We instantly fell in love with the Alpha Estate. It is luxurious and spacious with breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. We laughed, loved and we’re always seeing something new at this property because of all the textures, textiles and beautiful surroundings, both inside and outside of the estate. We left some secrets and it left a stamp on our hearts too!

Our stay at the Alpha Estate was fantastic. The villa is beautiful (inside and out) and the owner is extremely responsive. Alpha Estate exceeded the very high expectations of our three generation family (two seniors, four adults, four grandchildren). The pool, living areas, and amenities are all top-notch. The rental management company--etouri--was very helpful in arranging activities and meeting all of our needs. An A+ experience!

comfortabel huis vlakbij Rethymnon
Ruim huis met mooie tuin en zwembad vlakbij de erg gezellige stad Rethymnon. Wij vonden het jammer dat het zwembad voor de helft erg ondiep was (0.80 meter) maar voor mensen met kinderen kan dit een voordeel zijn. ga in Rethymnon vooral eten bij Prima Plora en Cavo aan de kust. Super!
