Bedrooms and Bathrooms
From the his and hers sinks carved from individual stones with design Neve faucets, to the walk-in showers, Hermes amenities and Flos lighting, Casa di Mare’s bathrooms are a luxurious space to pamper.

Each of 5 bedroom at La Casa di Mare is effortlessly and elegantly furnished with eclectic hand-picked Italian furnitures, adorned with fine cocomat linens & dunlopillo mattresses, promises a blissful night's sleep after the day's busy adventures.

The master bedroom, on the first floor, flaunts a double-size bed adorned with crisp linens and fashioned open plan wardrobe, as well as an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. For a touch of added luxury, guests will find a private balcony with endless views of the sea and a double size outdoor hot tube. Alongside this bedroom sits a second king-size zip-and-link bedroom connecting to a double bedroom, where a walk-through dressing area invites you into a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

There are a further two bedrooms on the middle floor, one double bedroom which share the family bathroom with shower, and one king-size zip-and-link bedroom with a walk-through dressing area and en suite bathroom with a shower room.

Outside
La Casa di Mare is set in 1000 m2 of outdoor area with a 200m2 private pool and non heated whirlpool, separate children’s swimming pool (the children's compartment can be heated*) and manicured lawns all surrounded by wooden fence to ensure complete privacy. Is there anything else? Well it's La Casa di Mare, of course there is! Afternoons are well spent perfecting your backstroke in the sauna, whilst little ones will enjoy working up an appetite on the playground area before being reluctantly summoned for dinner. Adjacent to the house next to the pool is an under cover dining area with Broil & King gas BBQ, offering a slice of the Mediterranean- a stylish al fresco space for enjoying an evening tipple as the sun sets over the sea. In the same area a ping pong table is at your disposal for unlimited ours of fun.

*The children's pool compartment can be heated during the days with outside temperature less than 25 °C degrees. Prior notice is required before arrival and the water's temperature can reach up to 25 °C degrees, depending on the outdoor temperature. In case of rain there won’t be a possibility to use the children's pool compartment.

This luxury property is well-equipped with all the mod cons; an American-style Hitachi fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, Miele dishwasher, Two Miele washing machines & tumble dryers. Foodies will relish open-plan, bespoke kitchen, fully equipped with Miele oven, hob , microwave, wine bar and a broil king gas grill. There is a secured free parking space inside the Villa’s premises for three cars.

Location Overview

La Casa di Mare is located in the wonderful village of Skaleta, where guests can find a beautiful sandy beach, which is just in front of the Villa, within 7 metres walking distance.
Offering a great location, you will have the opportunity to visit all the well-known beaches and sightseeing spots of Rethymno with your car, taking only 10 minutes maximum.

Also, in Skaleta there are all the shops that you might need, such as super markets, taverns, cafes, small shops, an ATM machine, a petrol station and various other facilities. A bus stop with regular itineraries can also be found there, within 500 metres walking distance away from the Villa.

Also in Sfakaki and Stavromenos, which are just 6 minutes driving you will find a super market, a bakery, a butcher’s shop and a pharmacy. Also Rethymno town, offers a great selection of choices in shops, restaurants and anything else you might need and can be easily reached by car within 20 minutes.
