Roustika 4 Seasons is a newly built three-storey residence, covering 180 sq. m situated in the picturesque traditional village of Rousitka. Here guests can admire the narrow streets, the architectural style of the centuries old buildings as well as enjoy nature walks amongst the abundant vegetation. To make your stay even more memorable, the owner of the Villa, being a local professional musician, offers a complimentary music night to the guests of the Villa. The villa is centrally located in the prefecture of Rethymno with easy access to the north and south coast beaches of the island. The four bedroom villa is wheelchair accessible and provides the amenities for a self catered holiday and can comfortably accommodate 8 guests in beds.
Layout

Ground Floor

Entering the Villa, you will find yourselves in a spacious air conditioned open plan living area consisting of the living room and the kitchen. The living room features a large sofa, a 40" Smart HDTV and an energy fireplace. Next to the living room is the fully equipped kitchen with branded electrical appliances which provides all essentials for a self catered vacation. On this level there is an air conditioned bedroom with two single beds (0,90 x 2,00 Media Strom mattresses) which can be joined together to form a King size bed if required, a closet and a 32" HDTV. This is the wheelchair accessible bedroom of the villa. Finally, on this level there is a bathroom with a shower and a storage room with closet space. The ground floor has wheelchair access to the pool area from the front of the house with the use of a ramp. There is also access to the pool area from inside the house from the back door on the ground level with the use of several stairs.
First Floor

Situated on the first floor are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom features a King size bed (1,60 x 2,00 Media Strom mattress), AC, a closet and a 32" TV. Additionally the bedroom offers access to the large balcony on the first floor with village and mountain views. The second bedroom offers two single beds (0,90 x 2,00 Media Strom mattresses), AC, a closet and a 32" TV. Additionally the bedroom offers access to the large balcony on the first floor with village and mountain views. It also has a second private balcony with sea views. The hall of the first floor also has access to the large balcony thus making it accessible for all the guests.

Finally, on this level there is a bathroom with a bath and another storage room with closet space.

Lower Level

The bedroom on the lower level features two single beds (0,90 x 2,00 orthopedic mattresses) which can be joined together to form a King size bed if required, a closet and a 32" TV (no satellite). Finally, there is a WC and a washing machine on the lower level.
Outdoor Area

The outdoor facilities include:

- 25 m2 private swimming pool (1,00 - 1,40 m deep)

- Outdoor dining area by barbecue for 8 guests

A wonderful host, a beautiful villa, in a charming village in the mountains...
4 Seasons is a beautiful home away from home, with all the modern amenities and comforts that we would expect and more... We were welcomed by Alexandros who kept in touch and made check-in and out a seamless process. We had a tour of the house and were made really familiar with everything. It was lovely and cool throughout, with lots of privacy and not overlooked at all. The pool was perfect and clear, the rooms luxurious, fresh and spotless, and Alexandros made sure to buy in some food essentials before we arrived. We felt so welcome in the village with invitations to an evening of live music and food, and a screening of a German movie filmed in the village the previous year... It is perfectly located between the North and South coasts and just 30mins from Rethymno. Thank you, Alexandros!

Lovely property ana excellent host
Great property with high-quality furnishings. Alexandros the host was fabulous and always keen to help us and make sure we were happy. Encourage other guests to go and see him and his band, we went to see him in Kavros and had a great night.

Wir hatten zwei super schöne Wochen im Haus von Alexandros! Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, gut ausgestattete Küche, komfortable Schlafzimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten, Bäder im Top Zustand, schöner Außenbereich mit Pool und Grill, Liegen und Sonnenschirme vorhanden! Alexandros war von Anfang an ein herzlicher und fürsorglicher Gastgeber der uns viele hilfreiche Tips gab. Seine musikalische Unterhaltung haben wir sehr genossen und den Tavernenbesuch mit seiner Band wird uns immer im Gedächtnis bleiben! Alexandros wir sagen Danke für alles und auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen!
