Pousada boa, quarto bom, porém, pagamos mais caro por escolhermos um quarto com hidromassagem e simplesmente não funcionou nenhum dia ! Solicitamos o concerto não foi resolvido, foram arrumar três vezes e não encontraram solução. Pedi meu reembolso pelo pagamento a maior pelo quarto com hidromassagem e simplesmente nos ignoraram e não deram nenhuma satisfação ! Não é justo realizarmos o pagamento por uma coisa não utilizada! Muito decepcionados pelo atendimento.
