It's really a lovely spot and I wish I had been able to sample their mezcal, But it didn't fit my schedule. Biggest issue is it's really loud, multiple ambulances or sirens anyway at night. They do provide earplugs.

Parking lot had multiple street dwellers in various stages of dress and lucidity roamin the parking lot, broken glass. When I left at 5:30 in the morning there were 2 people sprawled on the adjoining sidewalk. Have stayed here 3 times in last 15 months and it’s not improving

Property and rooms are very nice, however it’s located right next to the Bus Station thus many homeless people walking around at all hours. Not too safe to walk around until you walk a few blocks

We were really excited when we checked in. It was fun and quirky, you check in at the bar and felt almost like a bed and breakfast feel. The room was really cute and clean. It was not a bad walk at all to the river walk. However, we noticed before heading to dinner that there were ear plugs provided. We got home from dinner and walking around to find our bathroom lights (over the sink and in the shower) were not working. I sent a text and they did respond thanking me for letting them know). I never heard anything else about it. We were only there one night, but would have been nice to hear anything back or get a check in on it, would have given excellent customer service for that. And if you want a good night sleep, unfortunately this is not the place to stay. We did have to use the ear plugs and still could hear every Harley, car, siren…everything going on outside. I would love to stay here again, if that could be fixed! Very unfortunate, because it’s a cute place and great idea!

Great Place!
It was a great place! It was attached to a bar and had a restaurant, too. The room was nice. Top floor although no elevator and it is an old building so the stair squeaked. It had AC, an amazing bathroom and plenty of space. Parking is shared with the bar. If you had to leave you could place a cone in your spot so patrons wouldnt take your place. The parking lot is also under 24 hours of servalance which is nice. I definitely would go back.
