You'll have access to the entire two floor apartment. There is a reserved space for you to park and also tons of free street parking. The apartment is in a 4-plex that sits back from the street, so it has a sense of privacy and seclusion. It's a very short walking distance to Midtown Reno and only a short drive or Uber/taxi ride to downtown. We are also about 45 minutes away from all of the great attractions that Lake Tahoe and the Sierra Nevada Mountains have to offer.

➼ Other things to note
-- In the winter time, there may be snow and ice conditions. The streets are plowed frequently, but depending on conditions, tire chains and/or 4 wheel drive may be needed to get to our home. No refunds will be provided due to weather/snow conditions or inadequate preparation for winter driving.

-- We also offer 14 other homes in the Reno area, so if you're traveling with a group larger than 8 or would like to explore our other options/additional availability, please send us a message so that we can share the other listings with you! Alternatively, if you go to our host page, you will be able to see all of the listings that we offer in Reno.

-- We will be available throughout your stay to answer any questions or concerns that you may have, and our property manager is only a short drive away should you need anything at the unit.
- Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere on the premises.
- Small dogs and cats are allowed. All dogs must be kept on a leash throughout the apartment complex.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm – 10am each day.
- NO PARTIES OR EVENTS (this is a quiet, shared neighborhood and there will an $1000 fine for any reported parties or noise complaints)
- Loud, rude, obnoxious, disrespectful, or disorderly behavior is not allowed at any time. We will give one courtesy warning for any such behavior. If such behavior continues, you and your party can be evicted without refund.
- Normal cleaning fees are included in all rental rates, however additional billing will occur for any excessive/abnormal cleaning, damages, or missing items.
- Please do not use the white towels on the floor, on kitchen surfaces, or for cleaning make up—there are kitchen/make up towels and paper towels provided
- Please do not have packages or mail delivered to the unit
- Please make sure doors and windows are closed & locked when leaving the unit.
- Linens, blankets, and towels are not to be removed from the home. Please do not take these items to parks or outdoor venues.
