Nice Place for weekend stay
Lots of room inside with multiple bedrooms. Large dining area and kitchen. Large backyard. Suggestion - bbq? Only beef was my truck wouldnt fit in garage because of work bench at front. Neighborhood is ok

House needs some work.
The house is very clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen, living room and dining room are very nice and roomy. But the master bath is awful!!!!! A shower curtain is not an acceptable replacement for a door. Also, the master bathroom needs a complete renovation to match the rest of the house. the house smelled very musty. We had to buy scented candles to help with the odor. I think it just needs to be aired out more often, because it did improve over the 2 days that we were there.

Single story house in Sparks
The house was nice enough but smelled like cats when we got there We bought a new furnace filter and some deodorizers and it became ok.

The house is a good size with a large kitchen, dining space for 6, comfortable living room & average size bedrooms. The ensuite bathroom for the master is very small with just a curtain where a pocket door would be. You can't tell this with the pictures provided with the rental, so it should be noted. Master bathroom should be updated. House has a mildew smell. There were way too many room fragrance devices so many that it gives you a headache. Cleanliness was just ok. Spider webs in corners, bathroom walls had gunk on them, utensil holders in the kitchen really need to be cleaned. Master bed sheets didnt fit properly so struggles with those coming up off the mattress. Overall, it seems like there were a lot of areas where being cheap the deciding factor. Neighborhood was quiet & very convenient to dining options & freeway access. Just an ok house but would not stay here again.
