I was highly disappointed with the room that I was in, it overlooked the roof and all of the air conditioning units and equipment. We’re literally right outside my window. That’s all that I could see. Also, it was windy and it sounded like I was in a wind tunnel. I did not request a handicapped room, which I received and was disappointed because it was a bathroom and the shower was a roll in- and there was no bathtub. Everything in the bathroom was super low to the ground.. The front desk staff was not friendly at all, I was very disappointed with the customer service received.

From walking in until check out the staff was extremely friendly and helpful . Dining options were great, with low and high end options available . Walking through the casino it was clean and it felt safe with security around.

Overall a great stay
Gorgeous room, and their indoor atrium pool was sooo neat. Not to mention the hot tub outside. We enjoyed it up until they closed at 10pm and the spa staff was really friendly(: I do wish they had better front desk visibility. Spent a lot of time standing waiting 5+ minutes before someone came out to help.

Terrible service at the buffet. They seated someone else at our table while we were getting food. Beverages were hit or miss. One of the servers put a tub of dirty dishes and discarded food on my seat and walked away. The food, honestly, wasn’t very good. Dry prime rib, overcooked mac n cheese, slimy shrimp, etc. The “clarified” butter had so much stuff swimming in it. To top it off, our room was next to the elevators so it sounded like trains going by every minute all night. We won’t be visiting this property again.
