Very small bathrooms. No elevator so if you’re on 2 or 3 you are lugging all belongings. Dumb waiter on premises but inconvenient. There is adequate parking but it’s all over the place. The room was very clean and it was great as far as beach location. Just too many inconveniences for us.

There are no balconies in any of the rooms. I did not realize how big a deal that was for me until I stayed at this hotel. The rooms were clean and it was right on the beach but the hallways were very narrow and there were no elevators. The pool area was nice and there was a grill and a nice laundry room.

This hotel was perfect for our three-night family break. Walkable to the beach and lots of great restaurants. An ocean view with a kitchenette. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place. We had a direct view of the ocean and it was wonderful! This place has all the amenities needed for a great stay in Dewey. Dumb waiter for heavy luggage was a big help. Parking isn’t great but guaranteed a spot close by. Will stay here again

Relatively clean terrible parking situation amenities decent staff non existent. We were on 3rd floor wouldn’t stay there again great view but way to many steps no elevator, luckily for us we were able to climb steps but wouldn’t do it again.

The property was good. Some things like mirrors in the bathroom could use an upgrade. The drapes which are sheer need cleaned or replaced. The bed was great. Most comfortable hotel bed I ever slept on. One more recommendation would be to use softener on the towels. The staff was excellent. Those at the front desk were very accommodating and respectful. They all have wonderful customer relations skills. The manager is a good example for his staff. Very nice folks.
