Available for rental all year you will enjoy the large open living and dining area, well equipped kitchen, screened and open porches and private back deck that is perfect for grilling. Other features include; Tankless water heater, 1st and 2nd floor Ensuite Bedrooms with Queen and King beds, additional bedrooms on the second floor with 1 Queen, 2 Twins, 2 Twins, an enclosed outside shower for a refreshing rinse off after the perfect beach day, private back yard and room for up to 6 cars in the driveway so you can park and walk to the ocean, boardwalk and all of the shopping and dining in town.
NO BEACH WEEK OR GRADUATION CELEBRATIONS ARE PERMITTED. GUESTS WILL BE CHARGED A CANCELLATION FEE ( FOR VRBO RENTALS).

Another Rehoboth Vacation
15 Hickman St was a great house at a great location. Parked car and it never moved during our stay. Kitchen was very well equipped. The house was amazing!!!! The only reason we’re giving it 4 stars is because the front porch was in very close proximity to the neighbors. When they were out we could hear everything they were saying and when they played music it was hard for us to have conversations.

Amazing house a block away from the beach
We had an amazing time at the property. The house was sparkling clean, spacious, and super well located. We enjoyed our stay very much. We found all that we needed for our Thanksgiving weekend. The kitchen is very well equipped, the living room was spacious and the beds very comfortable.
