This home is 2 blocks to the beach and 3 blocks to Rehoboth Avenue, which has the area's best dining, shopping, attractions and nightlife.

Other features include a magnificent chefs kitchen, which is fully equipped with upgraded 5-burner gas cooktop, 2 dishwashers, microwave drawer, dual ovens, 2 refrigerators and a wine/beverage cooler. The bar area also is equipped with a wine/beverage cooler and a professional ice-maker. Annual Rehobeth Girls Trip
This is our 17th year coming to Rehobeth for girls weekend. We never received an email w/ the code to the house, had to contact host, which he didn't respond timely too. Had difficulty getting back into the house when we left. It froze up, had to wait 10 minutes to try code again, host never responded to text or call. House was very dirty, appeared to not have been cleaned. Leaves all around pool patio. Bed in 1st floor broken, slept with a lean. Again host never responded to this. No heat on the 1st floor, it was 64 degrees Saturday into Sunday. Stayed in this house last year, never had a problem, this year sad that host wasn't engaged to our needs. Sent many phone messages & texts, no response. Would never stay here again. Hopefully you can resolve this issues prior to renting to someone else. Wouldn't want them to go thru what we went thru.

Fabulous vacation house!
This house is amazing in so many ways. It’s decorated very nicely and contains 7 bedrooms and 8½ baths (a private bath for every bedroom!) The house is very roomy so guests can spread out comfortably. We all enjoyed the pool. The house’s location is fabulous as a quick stroll brings you to the town with so many great restaurants, shops, boardwalk, beach and arcades. Also close by is a playground, tennis & bb/pickleball courts. Parking is easy with three spots on the premises and plenty of off-street parking right in front. While we didn’t need any assistance, we were in touch with Edward who was very responsive and helpful. The house’s unique layout includes a front section with 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor (1 king, 2 queens and one room with a single pull-out couch and bunk beds (top single and bottom full size). This section is separated by a breezeway with comfortable seating and a view of the pool. The back section of the house contains the master king suite on the 1st floor and 2 queen bedrooms on the 2nd floor. We rented linens & towels. The kitchen is modern and spacious with plenty of dishes, flatware, glasses, pots & pans, etc. Also included in the kitchen is a coffee percolator, Keurig, coffee bean grinder, blender & mixer. The table seats 12 comfortably. Besides the main fridge, there are 2 wine fridges plus an ice machine. We enjoyed meals cooked on the grill. Grill tools were provided. We can’t wait to return next summer!

House was awesome - great for a group of friends (or families) with tons of space to hang out and spread out. Owner was very communicative and check in / check out was a breeze. Also a great location walking distance to town and the beach. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

Great Home!
This is a lovely home! Lots of open space for the family to get around. We loved the design and the fully stocked kitchen. The location is a short walking distance to the beach and it offered 2 driveways. The family is looking forward to returning in the future.

Beautiful home with space to gather
This home was amazing! We had our whole family stay, folks with young kids were in the front 4 bedrooms and folks with no kids were completely separated in the back 3 bedrooms. Fantastic kitchen with a decent selection of pots & pans to use. Easy to walk to the beach or the main strip. Remember to pack linens and towels!

Annual Girl Trip
The house worked perfectly for our family. Such a beautiful home. No blow dryers in bathrooms as stated in description. Owner pays a lot to have cleaned, it was not as clean as we are used to for VRBO's. Definitely review that issue with housekeeping. Suggestion for kitchen needs, a griddle, crockpot and waffle iron.

The house was clean, spacious and nicely laid out. We were three family groups and the house had a main bedroom on the first floor in the back and two groups of rooms on the second floor, one in the front and one in the back. There is a convenient pool, except it is not very large and is not heated. It was a short walk to the beach or into town for a restaurant. It had plenty of TVs, except for the second floor in the back. As for problems, the door to the master bedroom on the first floor would not close and the attached bath had no hooks for towels. The second floor front bathroom had a broken shower knob. The knobs to the cook top in the kitchen kept falling off and/or breaking. The worst experience was that the smoke detector went off at 1:00 a.m. We called the property manage because we did not smell smoke. He came right over. It turned out to be low batteries in two of the detectors, which he replaced the next morning. Overall it was a great experience.

Great Property But Needs a Little Maintenance
We have rented this property 3 years now, and I highly recommend it. However, a few maintenance items are needed that have been broken since our visit last June: Shower knob in one bathroom keeps falling off and door in one king bedroom does not close, and beds squeak. Not major, but for the high price paid, they should be fixed. We tried notifying him without getting a reply. I think some of the property needs general maintenance, and it needs a deep cleaning. Outside surfaces were clean, but inside cabinets were a bit gross, hair was left in the bathtub, and cooking utensils were in drawers with food on them.

Perfect vacation house at the beach
Absolutely one of the best houses we’ve ever rented. More than enough space for everyone to hang out together, but the bedrooms+en suite bathrooms allowed personal space too. Outdoor area is great too. Kitchen very well stocked. And so close to everything in Rehoboth - especially the beach! We’ll be back.

Holiday long weekend
I stayed at this property with 7 other adults and 6 children. All of the rooms were clean, tidy, and well-furnished. We all loved the big open floorplan downstairs, with the huge couch, dining table, and gorgeous kitchen. Even with a full house, we never felt cramped. We also appreciated the proximity to the beach, boardwalk, and Rehoboth Ave. The owner was helpful and responsive. We would all love to stay at this property again!
