Located in exclusive Canal Corkran, a lovely community just off Rehoboth Avenue Extended, 8 Wades Court is a two-story house with open living areas, chef's kitchen, delightful enclosed porch/Florida room, fabulous outdoor space with 2 patios and a shady yard, community pool, wireless internet and three parking spaces in the driveway plus two spaces in garage. Guests pay a $125 cleaning fee for stays 7 nights or over. Guests pay $230 cleaning fee for stays less than 7 nights. No Pets or Smoking Please. Sheets and towels are not included, but available to rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-checks with no fees, as well as personal checks.
