Edgewater Park is located just off Rehoboth Avenue Extended on Church Street. This beautifully furnished townhouse backs to the canal and has water views from every level. It offers 5 spacious bedrooms, (3 of which have en-suite baths), gleaming hardwood floors and elegant berber carpet, custom paint, window treatments, lighting and plumbing fixtures and two gas fireplaces (in living room and primary suite). Stunning and spacious primary suite is on it's own private floor and has a spa bath with a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and double vanity! You can watch the fireworks from the rooftop deck or do some star gazing in the night sky. Spacious open kitchen and living area. Kitchen has brand new stainless LG appliances, Quartz countertops & bar, maple cabinetry and a large dining table to seats 10. Beautiful community pool makes this a great summer vacation spot. Walk to restaurants, bars, shops and the BEACH! Available off-season too! WIFI and parking! No Pets. Guest pays $270 Cleaning Fee for stays under 7 nights. Sheets and towels are not included, but are available for rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-checks with no fees, as well as personal checks.
