The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool area was clean and pool was decent size, hot tub was the perfect temp. Breakfast in the morning had a great selection and tasty.

Our flight got cancelled and moved to a day later and we asked the hotel if we could move our booking to the next day (sadly it was just less than 24 hours ) and they said they could not so we paid for a room we didn’t use. Had to book a room for the next night before our flight and we are staying somewhere else as I refuse to give them any more money.

The location is handy for most things, including lots of food options. Staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate with lots of options. The floors in my room were soft and extremely squeaky, the air conditioner/heater was noisy so I had it turned off, and sound proofing wasn’t great in general. Otherwise it was a great stay, and I will use this hotel again in the future.
