Only issues I had was with the bathroom sink. It ran cold water just fine, tasted ok. But if it ran hot, it became very salty. Thought I was going crazy when brushing my teeth. Also when it ran hot, it was extremely fizzy and bubbly like there was soap coming from the tap. I have a video of it if the hotel wants it.

The front staff was not helpful, the rooms were filthy, sheets were stained, no parking was available and we were unable to plug in our vehicle on a very cold night, the pool deck was in need of repair and there was no towels for our kids to use even though I asked the staff twice to bring some, the hot tub wasn’t working, the breakfast was cold and awful, they were out of everything and we had to wait a long time to eat. We will never stay here again.

I traveled with my 2 grandsons n they enjoyed thd pool. Our rooms were very cozy n warm in the -20C weather. I got to plug in the truck so it would not freeze. Very good coffe n breakfast.

Front desk staff (especially Antoinette) are efficient, helpful and patient. What disappointed me was, i couldn’t use the pool or hot tub due to hordes of screaming hockey children, and couldn’t even use the hot tub later because the pool area closes at 10:00. So we paid for a pool i couldn’t use.

The hotel has paper thin walls so we were subject to the people above us having loud sex all night. We even we had the tv turned on we could hear the loud screams and moans. You could also hear people in other units peeing and then flushing the toilet. Besides the noise the hotel was nice and clean. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating.

Terrible service
There was no one at the front desk for ten minutes when we tried to check in. There were brown stains on the mattress cover that looked like poop. And hair in the bathtub. The pool area is falling apart the rubber floor is peeling off and breaking everywhere. When we were swimming there where no towels. I went out to the front desk to ask for towels and had to wait 10 minutes again for someone to be at the front desk it was a ghost town. Then they said they don’t have clean towels they were in the dryers. There was not enough breakfast for the people in the hotel. Had to wait 45 minutes to actually get food. Probably the worst service I have ever experienced.
