Walkouts on bottem floor is the best part
An OK hotel for the price I guess ($118/night) Stayed 1 night to rest/shower on a cross country road trip and it did the trick.Walkout room on ground floor is convenient for staying with pets/privacy. Given that there is a $20 per night pet fee I expected the room to be cleaner.. Room Smelled musty/ kinda like wet dog and the ac unit was full of hair/dust. Bathroom ceiling looks like it hasn't been cleaned ( green drips/water marks) This is clearly an old building that is sub-par maintained.

All of the staff, reception, cleaning, maintenance were incredibly friendly. Everyone said hello. Everyone was very polite. The cleaning staff did an amazing job, but the property is in need of an upgrade. Worst thing is that our room was on the second floor, over an entrance, and people smoked outside this door. Our heater drew in air from outside and we could immediately smell cigarette smoke. This was very annoying and we would never stay in this room again.

It took forever to get checked in as they were short of staff and the staff that were on did not seem to know what they were doing! No elevator in this hotel and all of the non-pet rooms on the second floor. I have mobility issues and this was not, what I expected.
