Beautiful hotel, located right near the train station, and very friendly staff.

Poor.
I always request a quiet room, most hotels do their best, this one gave me a room overlooking the railway.
Ordered a pizza and the lad on reception burnt the first one, gave me half the money back, 3.50euro, then brought an Asda smartprice pizza out that probably cost the hotel 1euro.
Booked a room with air conditioning only to find out that we can’t control the temperature.... when called down for a fan or something for the heat they were INCREDIBLY RUDE.
Room (at least the one we had) small., However, it had all that is need for a quick stay (no more than 5 days). The bed was big and very comfortable. Staff was nice. Oh! Almost forgot, make sure to visit the breakfast restaurant on the 5th floor. Is amazing.

Ok for a 3 Star hotel but don’t expect more
The lobby of the hotel is rather nice, looks new and welcoming; however, the room is disappointing. It is old and the bedding (sheet and pillow) have been oveused, time to change. Bathroom is small and no amenities at all, only 2 bath towels. The room size is alright. This place is quiet at night, walkable to the old town. It is a 3 Star hotel, nothing more .
We traveled to Regensburg to visit the "Old Town", and discovered Star Inn Hotel was just a few minutes' away by foot. The Hotel was very easy to find, and garage parking directly beneath the Hotel was convenient, with a cost of 10 Euros/day. The Hotel staff was friendly, and check-in was quick. The room was clean and comfortable, and was equipped with its own air conditioning system and refrigerator. The bed was fine, as was the Wi-Fi. Breakfast is available.
The noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in ever. I got the impression it was very popular with drinkers. People running down the hallway at all hours. Screaming for 20 minutes straight at 0600 on a Sunday morning! We could not wait to get out of the place. Never again.
