ハイドプラッツという広場に面した、とても歴史ある建物です。古いですが階段や共用部は綺麗にリノベーションされており、部屋も昔風のしつらえを生かした趣あるインテリアになっています。水回りや居室も手入れが行き届いており清潔。冷蔵庫や冷房はありませんが、不便さは感じませんでした。冷房の代わりに小さな細長い冷風機が置いてあり、洗濯物を乾かすのに使いました。 スタッフは親切でプロフェッショナルでした。またレーゲンスブルクに来ることがあればこのホテルに泊まりたいです。

The hotel opened into a beautiful courtyard that had many restaurants available and shopping just around the corner. We were able to walk to many monuments from the hotel as well. The staff was very friendly, breakfast was available, rooms were cozy and very clean. It truly made us feel like we were stepping into a mixture of past and present. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Ourstanding stay ( always to little time ... )
Wonderful room ( nr. 369 ) in one of the upper floors of the hotel. You are directly in the heart of the old town, where you can walk around admiring the historic buildings from the past. Very lovely staff at the breakfast which had a decent choice of local specialities ( for example Obazda cheese ) but the amazing lady with the curly short hair at the reception smashed it as I asked to store my luggage until check-in time ( I arrived in the morning using the night train from Berlin ). Thank you again for making this stay special

Regensburg is a town largely unvisited by Americans - but it is quite wonderful and the Aldstadt Arch is perfectly located and very good.

The only issues I'd find are parking (it's 6 m8nutes wall on cobblestone roads), no m/w, refrigerador or coffee pot in the room, the rooms are not in one floor (once you get tontour floor your still have to go up ans sown on several short stairs to get to your room). Having said that, their breakfast is terrific, the location could not be better, the rooms are nice, and the staff is friendly.

Location was excellent, but there is no cat parking and the beds were not comfortable. Only other furniture was a desk in our room. Would have been nice to have a sofa or chair. Not bad for the price, but manage your expectations.

Nice Hotel with friendly and attentive staff. Only negativ was that the Hotel didn't turn on the heat and so it got pretty chilly in the room and also in the bathroom.

Schönes Hotel mitten in der Altstadt
Das Hotel liegt, wie der Name auch schon sagt, mitten in der Altstadt, daher kann man wunderbar die Altstadt erkunden. Das Personal beim Check-In war sehr trocken, aber nicht unfreundlich, umso freundlicher war das Personal dann beim Check-Out. Das Zimmer hatte eine eigene Klimaanlage, das bei den Temperaturen meine Rettung war. In der Nähe gibt es viele verschiedene Restaurant, u.a. eine Mittelaltertaverne(nur Bargeld), konnte ich aber nicht ausprobieren.
