Beautiful 2017 built home in Eagle Crest with fabulous amenities & guest passes

Construction completed in late 2017 on our lovely and spacious home in the Desert Sky neighborhood at Eagle Crest Resort. We have carefully and thoughtfully furnished our home with everything we could think of to ensure a comfortable stay for your family's vacation fun. Take advantage of being among the first to stay here - the house and everything in it is brand new!

We didn't simply stock the house with the basics - we tried to bring an extra element of luxury and relaxation to your stay, in keeping with the upgraded finishes throughout the house. Enjoy the beautiful tile work in the bathrooms while wrapping yourself in a thick, oversized spa towel. Sleep in late on one of our comfortable beds. They're topped with luxury linens and equipped with brand new Simmons Beautyrest mattresses of the same pocketed coil + memory foam style used in the Westin Heavenly Bed. Curl up on the sectional in the great room for a movie on the big screen Samsung TV and stay cozy next to the gas fireplace with beautiful stone surround. Send the kids up to the loft to watch their own movie from the soft new sofa and ottoman upstairs. Oh, and if you need extra sleeping space, that sofa folds out into a premium queen bed with an extra thick mattress that's actually comfortable, unlike typical sofa beds. As you sip your morning coffee, you may see deer wandering through the green space behind the house, provided you're not too distracted cooking in the gourmet kitchen with high-end KitchenAid appliances, including a gas range with steam oven, custom Alder cabinets, and granite countertops. It can be pretty chilly in the winter, but you won't have to worry about scraping ice or snow off of your car windows when you park in the attached garage. There's a utility sink out there, too, for cleaning up any muddy boots or ski equipment.

The basics. The house has 3 bedrooms - a master on the main floor with a king bed and two bedrooms upstairs, each with a queen bed. Two more can sleep on the queen sofa bed in the loft upstairs. The main floor has a master bath with tile shower, plus a half bath. There's an additional full bath with a tub/shower combo upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with toaster, coffee maker, Blendtec blender, KitchenAid mixer, convection toaster oven, a generous supply of dishes, glasses and silverware, serving dishes, Circulon pots and pans, and an assortment of gadgets and utensils. New UHD televisions with cable are available in the great room, master bedroom, and upstairs loft and the great room and loft are also equipped with Blu-Ray players. We have some movies on hand, and you're welcome to also bring or rent your own. WiFi is included, so no need to leave your devices behind. A new front-loading LG washer/dryer pair is available in a laundry closet in the master bathroom in case you need to wash anything during your stay.

The Eagle Crest Resort includes a wide variety of recreational amenities and family-friendly activities for your enjoyment. From the two year-round championship golf courses and 18-hole Par 63 Challenge Course to the 18-hole putting course, trail rides on horseback, three sports centers with swimming pools, hot tubs, splash park, tennis, basketball, volleyball, racquetball, pickleball and fitness centers, there's something for everyone to enjoy! Six guest passes to the sports centers are included with the rental of our home and additional passes can be purchased for larger groups. Don't forget to build in some time for relaxation and pampering at the resort spa, located at The Ridge Sports Center. Bring your bikes or use one of the various bikes we keep on hand for our guests, as there are miles of trails on the property to enjoy.
