Staff was nice, but a lot of items were in disrepair. Wall AC broken so a freestanding AC with a large vent running out of the window replaced it. We requested a different room and received an upgrade but the TV and Lamp were not working in the upgrade room. It was old...no USB ports. Shower tile and carpet was old and stained or dirty. Usually Comfort Inns are very nice.

After-Christmas visit to parents
The property received good reviews for cleanliness and condition, and both were poor in our experience. Our room did not appear to have been cleaned, though the bedding did appear clean. There were stains on the carpet and multiple uncleaned surfaces, as well as noticeable damage to the bathroom doorframe. The toilet was dirty, slow draining, and became clogged from a small amount of toilet paper, necessitating a trip to the front desk to retrieve a plunger. There was also some sort of rune marked on the inside of the door in an unknown substance.

We stayed two nights in this hotel. The environment is nice and the first day of breakfast is good too . That’s including the waffle , bread and also the scrambled eggs, sausage. However, the next day Christmas Day morning no more sausage and bread because of not enough food in refrigerator, so disappointed. The second day no one to charge the clean towels for us. We need to ask for the towels. Overall it is a nice place to stay.

There was what looked like a pit stain on the carpet. The bathroom sink faucet handle is broken. One of the lights between the two beds did not work. There was garbage underneath one of the beds. The bathroom mirror had many streaks on it from not being cleaned properly. The breakfast service was mediocre compared to other stays that we have had at other facilities.

The bathroom was very dated. Old discolored calking around the tub. Toilet seat old and scratched up. The mattress for the fold out couch was bare, no bedding.. the mattress had several stains on it.

Check in was fine but we were initially given a room that clearly wasn’t ready and it was dirty. We notified front desk and got a different room. The shower was also not very hot but the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I wasn’t thrilled but I guess it was okay.
