Terrible check in
We arrived on a Friday at 3am. We booked thursday all day so we had a place to stay when we got to red river at 3am like planned. Even told the booking lady about getting there late. We received email that our room was a certain number and code to get in. Once we arrived we could Not get into our room at 3am and there was no phone number to get ahold of to help us. We ended up having to stay at the best western which costed us 190 for 6hours of sleep. She then sent us an email with the correct room number the next morning at 8am. Waste of money and time. Wouldn’t have been so bad if we didn’t have a 7month and 4year old with us.
