Excellent stay. Ryan (employee at the front desk) greeted us in a very friendly manner and made check in fast and convenient. Rooms were quiet and comfortable. Pool, hot tub and sauna were relaxing and well taken care of. The gym is not a typical hotel gym. We had complete access to the on site community gym eith a veey good selection of equipment. We will be back!

Closed gym and hot tub was disappointing
We enjoyed staying but had selected hotel for two specific amenities, the gym and the hot tub. My son goes to the gym diligently, and he came on trip with us to visit our daughter thinking he could use the gym. Our stay was Fri/ Sat. He used the gym Friday night, but we had planned to use it before checking out @11am. However, it was gated off, and closed. Also my wife and I decided to use the pool and hottub, but as we were in the pool they came and shut off the hottub to do maintenance. That was disappointing too, as my wife has Parkinsons and we thought it would be therapeutic before hitting the road again. Hot tub maintenance should get done between 11am- 3pm, so it's after checkoit and before checkin, in my opinion.

EJ breakfast employee was great . Very helpful . Gendy Front desk employee gave us a good check in experience. When entered in the room , coffee pot by the microwave was not clean , coffee pouch was still in the machine. Not a single bottle of water was there in the room. Thats very disappointing but overall good stay. One of the hair dryer wasn’t working , could be the switch by the microwave needs to be looked at ? I was told lounge is open from 05 pm to 09 pm when I checked in so when I went down by 06 pm , I was told it is closed . Perfect example of miscommunication. These areas need to be looked at but still maximum respect for the staff for making our stay enjoyable . Swimming pool and hot tub was really nice. Didn’t enjoy the beds , they are too soft. Staff is great but overall speaking certain areas need attention from the management and owenership. The only reason I might choose this property again to cost is the service from the staff and their smile .

First the presidential suit we book is so dirty and very dilapidated the jacuzi is not work water wont hold and very dirty with lots of hair and aome particles we complained and nobody can clean or fix the jacuzi they offer to transfer us to another room but without jacuzi i felt what the point i book this room for the jaxuzi they offered half the price of the room price then the next morning as we are to get our breakfast we were told that there is no breakfast as their kitchen is not working no coffee or anything i complained and i refuse to pay for the stay as they have inconvience us and for the bad experience i will not recommend this hotel knowing i booked a presidential room and experience this..i will formally write a complain to the company for poor facilities and incompetent employee.
