The motion light in the bathroom kept coming on in the middle of night all night. The area around the parking lot had homeless people and people with carts drinking and smoking.

Room was very dirty the floors, bugs in the vents, sink didn't drain. We didn't sleep there. Offered the room to my daughter who is more accepting of such things, and she even said it was bad and couldn't stay the entire night.

Highly frustrated that that TV remote didn't work when we got there. After messing with it for a while, we finally got it to work. However, they only offered 5 channels. We had the DISH Network guide but we couldn't access any of those channels. It was very disappointing! The person who checked us in wasn't very friendly. He was obviously busy with something else at the time and didn't want to be bothered by checking us in. He didn't point out the wi-fi password and when we called, made us feel like we were dumb we hadn't seen it. There was no paperwork in the room about anything! No channel guide, no check-out info, no local info. The room was nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable, but it isn't some place we will want to stay at again. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of choices. Kept clean by staff.

I will be staying elsewhere next time.
I arrived at 8:03 pm. The front desk sign read “Out to lunch. Back in 30 minutes” There was a little plastic clock indicating the clerk would be back at 8:20. I was exhausted. I wanted a shower and bed. I guess 24-hour check in actually means 23.5 hour check in.

I knew this would be a basic stay. The room itself was fine and the beds comfortable. The air con was loud but worked well. Staff were pleasant. The things that let it down was the bathroom not being as clean as it should be (toothpaste spatters on door and water marks on shower dial and handle as well as flooring lifting) and there were definitely items missing from the standard breakfast offering. It was ok for one night but could do a bit better for sure.
