Air conditioning didn’t really work felt very stuffy. I guess it was central air conditioning, and they were trying to save money because the thermostat didn’t really do anything.

No A/C at the room in a really hot summer days. Really bad sleep for this cause with open windows inclusive really hot room. We couldn’t sleep for this reason any of the nights we was there. Jacuzzi not working in the suite neither. Reception doesn’t work 24 hours and the phone neither so you don’t will have any support at night. Third bed (sofa bed) really unconfortable and hard. The black out shades let pass the light around the whole window so no black out neither. The room looks nice and charming when you see it but you don’t will get any rest there during summer days.

Ich hatte ein sehr schönes, modernes und absolut sauberes Zimmer im Neubau mit tollem Bad. Das Personal beim Check-in, auf den Etagen während des Zimmerservices und beim Frühstück war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig und hat viele Parkplätze. Das Frühstücksbuffet könnte etwas umfangreicher sein, ist aber auf jeden Fall ausreichend. Es wäre perfekt, wenn noch Kuchen oder andere süße Teilchen, eine größere Brötchenauswahl angeboten werden würden und mehr Obstsorten im frischen Obstsalat wären. Das soll aber den sehr guten Gesamteindruck nicht schmälern. Ich werde sehr gerne wieder kommen!

Preis/Leistung leider mangelhaft
Unterkunft war im älteren Gebäude und nicht im Neubau. Im gesamten Gebäude hat es modrig und schimmelig gerochen. Das Zimmer hatte keine Klimaanlage, somit herrschte eine fast unerträgliche und erdrückende Kombination aus Hitze und modrigen Geruch. Zudem kam ein nicht erträglicher Abwasser/Kanalisationsgeruch aus dem Badezimmer. Dieser hielt trotz ausreichenden Spülen der Sanitäranlagen und Lüften an. Hygiene: Mehrer Spinnen und Spinnweben an den Ecken im Bad und im Schlafraum. Badspiegel war mit einer getrockneten braunen Flüssigkeit an einer Ecke bespritzt.( absolutes No Go!) Die Bettlaken und Handtücher waren allerdings sauber. Service: Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Frühstück: ausreichende Auswahl, ausreichende Qualität. Fazit: Nach einer Übernachtung waren wir froh wieder auszuchecken.Preis/Leistung mangelhaft und nicht zu empfehlen.Ich würde auf keinen Fall eine erneute Nacht ( Altbau) buchen. Schade, da das Personal wirklich sehr freundlich war.
