O hotel tem um bom custo benefício e cumpre com o básico de hotelaria. Quarto limpo, frigobar abastecido com águas, refri e cerveja. Já o banheiro tinha um pequeno equívoco estrutural, o box do chuveiro, ao abrir, ficava por cima do recipiente pra colocar o rolo de papel higienico... Não foi dada uma manta para se cobrir, apenas um lençol pequenino e fino. O café da manhã é simples, mas gostoso, sem muitas variedades.

É um hotel simples, localizado em uma avenida com trânsito intenso. Fiquei no 5º andar e mesmo assim o barulho do trânsito incomodou. Chuveiro elétrico com vazamento na parte superior. O quarto não dispunha de uma manta para noites mais frias. As vagas do estacionamento são apertadas para carros pequenos e inviáveis para veículos grandes. Pontos positivos são a proximidade do aeroporto, da praia, a 400m do restaurante Chica Pitanga, e a boa vontade/simpatia dos funcionários.

VELA BRANCA VERGONHA PARA REDE ANDRADE
Péssima! Esse é o hotel da rede Andrade de pior qualidade. O 1° quarto tinha mofo na parede, móvel quebrado soltando, sem box no banheiro e lâmpada queimada. Fui p/2° QT com chave, o fio do lustre caindo do teto perto da cabeça, box mau cabe 1 pessoa, privada colada no vidro (sentar de lado), pia torta que fica acumulado água, cortina horrível. 3° QT móvel remendado embaixo, sem box, controle do ar não funciona e quando trocou nem todas as tecla funcionavam. Faltando quase 2h para terminar a estadia pedi um lençol que foi negado por está próximo do checkout (2h ainda e deixei de ser hóspede) se fosse para comprar bebida ou outra coisa com certeza servia. Funcionárias não dão um sorriso, principalmente um tatuada (não sei o nome, por isso coloco a característica) totalmente apática. Buffet do jantar sem variedades, 1 funcionário para servir e limpar as mesas que fica na recepção (muito incoveniente o local), faltando 1h para terminar o horário já faltava tudo, mas pelo menos a comida era boa. Elevador lento, único, para todos o prédio. OS CUSTO É MUITO ALTO PARA ALGO SEM QUALIDADE!
