The beach is almost private of the hotel, and the naturally occurring pool is right in front of it. It's a hotel where you can enjoy nature so comfortably. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are newly renovated, clean and convenient.

Nice quick getaway
Pros: great breakfast and dinner buffets, excellent service, private beach, nice amenities. Tons of things to do at the resort so we didn’t have to leave Cons: the resort looks a bit run down, and there were many children while we were there on the weekend. Next time we would go during the week

The resort has a nice pool and gym and it is conveniently located near a private beach. The breakfast and dinner buffets were great. We were there during the weekend so there were a lot of children. We would come back next time during a weekday.

Eu nem sou de fazer avaliações como está. Mas o Serrambi merece, fui embora hoje, já pensando em uma volta, breve. Amei o ambiente, principalmente meu quarto que foi a suíte presidencial. Linda e enorme, com 2 andares, puro conforto. A comida do hotel, é outro ponto alto, tudo muito gostoso, desde o café da manhã, até o jantar, que já é incluso na diária, cada dia algo diferente. Sem defeito, tudo que pedi para comer! O hotel é lindo demais e não dá vontade de sair de lá para nada, oferecendo inúmeras atividades para adultos e crianças. Com uma paz enorme para descanso ou até lua de mel. E por fim, gostaria de elogiar a equipe, principalmente o gerente, que fez de tudo para nos sentirmos bem lá.

Hotel com visual lindo, bom atendimento, conforto na piscina e praia. Sugestao de melhoria: hotel muito escuro, falta iluminacao melhor a noite. Restaurante escuro, dando um aspecto de falta de luz. É minha segunda vez no hotel, apos 3 anos e , nitidamente a parte de alimentacao deu uma decaida. Outra sugestao, seria melhoria no quarto, pois as camas pequenas, colchao muito mole e ar condicionado barulhento.
