Overall everything was good but the only thing that i think was bad is lack of communication at concierge. Parking Lot was supposed to be included but wasn't at all. Bad move on their part. I would like to be informed ahead of time.

The staff is very pleasant and polite, but the structure of the building itself is very old and needs some upgrade asap. In Brazil, it's by law if any of the clients would like to visit the kitchen to see how the food is prepared to have free access, I requested to take a look and was denied by the management. From that point on I never touched the food from that place, and the breakfast was included, I did pay to have my breakfast someplace else.

The hotel was fine however they didn't have any towels in the room, the bed were covered with a plastic sheet which makes lots of noise when u on it and the bed itself wasn't comfort at all. Breakfast was meant to be served from 6:30, however they only had one guy organising it, so it took at least 15-20min to have everything ready.

Primeiro hotel que me hospedei que é inflexível quanto ao horário de café da manhã. Mesmo relatando que o vôo era muito cedo, informaram que não podiam nos ajudar neste quesito. Em vários outros hotéis, mesmo que não sirvam o café completo mais cedo, pelo menos um café mais básico é servido para ajudar o hóspede que precisa viajar.

Um dos piores hotéis que me hospedei na vida
Hotel terrível. Lençóis sujos, manchados e rasgados. Colchões velhos e com molas estragadas que machucam ao deitar. Paredes com mofo e bolor. Janelas sujas e mal cuidadas. Muito barulho de fora (sem nenhum tratamento pra diminuir o barulho da rua), baratas no quarto, banheiro imundo. Só seriamente, fazia tempo que não via um hotel tão ruim! Fui pedir um travesseiro na recepção e disseram que não tinham. Fui pedir uma coberta, nos deram uma saia de cama para cobrir as crianças. Terrível

O hotel possui quarto e banheiro muito amplo, o que traz bastante conforto. O hotel não é novo e possui alguns pequenos problemas estruturais (como o box que vazou um pouco de água). O café da manhã é satisfatório diante do valor pago na diária (tem 3 frutas, uma raiz, cuscuz, tapioca (pedi na cozinha e fizeram), ovo, salsicha, bolos, pães, queijo, presunto e algumas bebidas), além de uma sanduicheira. Então, tem um bom custo benefício pelo valor, localização e o que oferece.
