A parte que mais me incomodou foi a chegada ao hotel. O hotel não tem serviço de mensageiros que possam auxiliar os hóspedes na chegada e o serviço de manobristas é caótico, principalmente na chegada do hóspede. O hóspede fica completamente perdido e desassistido na chegada. O serviço de check-in também não é amigável e possiu poucos funcionários, ocasionando uma espera demasiada.

Hotel novo, com decoração moderna e muito bonita. Atendimento cordial e simpático de todo o staff desde a recepção ao restaurante. Quarto com tamanhos padrões com camas muito confortáveis e banheiro seguindo também esse padrão com chuveiro excelente. Café da manhã, farto e de boa qualidade. A localização é no Recife antigo, nas antigas docas do porto, numa área que vem sendo revitalizada. Achei muito interessante. Minha unica ressalva negativa vai para o check in e check out, como só tem 2 ou 3 pedsoas na recepção, dependendo do fluxo de hospedes, pode se esperar um bom tempo.

A experiência, em geral, foi ótima. O café da manhã muito bom, hotel novo, bem cuidado, ótimas instalações, academia excelente. A única observação é no momento do checkin, muito demorado, embora solicitem o preenchimento on line antecipado. Nesses casos deveriam ter uma fila especial, com as fichas já impressas e apartamentos já designados.

Falha na limpeza e higienizacao
Hotel excelente, mas com atendimento amador. Ao chegarmos... esperamos 35 minutos para fazermos o check-in, mas nao foi pq tinha muita gente, foi pq o recepcionista nao tinha experiência nenhuma. Fomos cobrados pela diaria que ja tinha sido paga, minha reserva era meia pensão e o atendente dizia que "normalmente só estava incluso cafe da maha". Enfim... a estrutura do hotel eh EXCELENTE, piscina no sexto andar excelente; aquecida, vista muito bonita, bar e academia em anexo. Cafe da manha maravilhoso. Muito bom mesmo Porém o q mais nos decepcionou foi a limpeza... somente no dia seguinte percebi que abaixo da minha cama tunha nuita sujeira... inclusive pacote de biscoito. Dando a enteder que o quarto nao tinha sido nem VARRIDO. Ou seja... o hotel é novo, a equipe pode naonestar treinada... mas a limpeza e higiene eh fundamental. Nao se justifica um hotel recem inaugurado, com poucos hospedes no momento da minha estadia...deixar isso acontecer.
