Como Recife tem uma deficiência de hotéis 4/5 estrelas decidi experimentar o Novotel Marina Arrependimento total . Não tem receptivo para ajudar com as malas , recepção sempre cheia com pessoal mal treinado , quartos pequenos e sem cofre , café da manhã bom mas espaço e pequeno … não recomendo

Melhor hotel de Recife
Excelente acomodações, café da manhã super completo e cuidado com dietas restritivas. Hotel é extremamente bem decorado e com uma vista maravilhosa. Apenas muitos eventos o que deixa a estrutura muito movimentada.

SERVIÇO MUITO RUIM
Atendimento muito deficiente. Funcionários muito confusos, não tinham conhecimento da sistemática do hotel, tudo consultava ao colega que também não sabia responder. Absurdo! Precisam de treinamento, isto desde a recepção até os serviços de restaurante. Café da manhã incompatível com o porte do hotel. Nada adiantou ter feito o check in online. fila quilométrica e atendimento demorado. Escolhemos um apto de frente para o MAR e nos foi disponibilizado outro de frente para a rua. Reclamamos pelo apartamento correto e tivemos que esperar pelo menos três horas. Ao chegar no apto tinha um kit de café sem a cafeteira, reclamamos e nada adiantou, embora tivesse recebido a promessa que seria disponibilizada a cafeteira. No check out, nos cobraram indevidamente pelo uso de lavanderia e chiclete que não utilizamos. Após protesto estes itens foram excluídos da fatura, mais um dissabor!

A melhor opção no centro de Recife
Hotel novo e muito bonito, conveniente para quem necessita se hospedar no centro de Recife. A área não aparenta ser muito segura, um problema para turistas que não estejam de carro.

Bastante poeira devido o hotel inteiro ter carpete e no quarto um tapete gigante. Travesseiros ruins. Serviço de quarto deixou a desejar. Demorou muito tempo pra chegar o pedido. Mas a estrutura e a localização do hotel muito boas.
