Very friendly staff, nothing is to much trouble, reception staff, happy to accommodate any requests. Food at the properties is very good and a good selection, plenty of options with traditional Brazilian food. I definitely recommend

Close to the beach but far from restaurant option
You need to take a cab or bad uber services because in BR uber doesn't work like USA at all. Need to ask from. The hotel and be careful. Area around doesn't have nothing to do and is not safe to walk. Need to go to Cabo Downtown to have more options. Not expensive to go there with uber, less then R$10. You should try "caldinhos" and "ensopados" so good if you are allergic to fish try beans. Kids friendly.

Hotel sem responsabilidade com o cliente, Entrando no quarto tinha objetos e malas de ouro hóspede , tinha me colocado no quarto onde os hóspedes ainda estava na estadia No outro quanto água da torneira suja , pia suja , no chekc-in a recepcionista, parava todo e instante, pois ficava de conversa com outra funcionária, resolvendo sei lá o que, passei em torno de uma hora em pé esperando ela terminar de conversar com a colega de trabalho, na entrada a porta do hotel fechada , não tinha ninguém na portaria, depois de muito chamar vi um botão aleatório que consegui abrir , não tinha placa nem avisou de nada de como o hóspede entra , resumindo tive que procurar outro hotel para ficar , pois não me senti Segura no hotel, rua deserta, sai já a noite do hotel para procurar outro , um funcionário disse que ia fazer o estorno do meu cartão, onde aguardo o retorno do meu dinheiro, sem contar que as camas são pequenas e estruturas a desejar

Uma Boa Experiência com Espaço
Gostamos do hotel e reconhecemos que tem bom potencial, mas alguns detalhes poderiam ser ajustados, especialmente para atender melhor casais. O quarto é amplo e confortável, mas aqui vai a primeira sugestão: cama de casal padrão é insuficiente para um bom descanso. Um mínimo de Queen seria o ideal, afinal, conforto é essencial. A televisão, embora não seja nosso foco em viagens, é algo a se repensar. Quatro canais e nada de Smart TV já não condizem com os dias de hoje. Agora, o café da manhã merece um capítulo à parte. Para o padrão do hotel, foi decepcionante. O cuscuz, infelizmente, estava longe do que se espera no Nordeste: seco, duro e sem graça. Bolo seco, pão com frios e suco quase só água, feito com polpa. O que salvou foram as frutas frescas, mas isso é o básico, não um diferencial. Já visitamos outros hotéis na região, então sabemos que dá para melhorar muito nesse quesito. Sobre o atendimento, tivemos uma boa experiência em geral, mas na área da piscina faltou atenção. Apesar da comida saborosa, a variedade de bebidas foi decepcionante, e a proibição de trazer algo de fora só piora a percepção. Ainda pior: as bebidas oferecidas estavam quentes — algo difícil de aceitar em um ambiente de lazer como a piscina. Vimos hóspedes burlando a regra — um reflexo claro de que a oferta atual não atende às expectativas. O hotel tem qualidades, mas esses ajustes são cruciais para quem busca uma estadia memorável.

Hotel Adequado - Recomendo.
As condições do quatros era razoável, um quatro bem simples, porém limpo. O atendimento dos colaborardes do hotel, poderia ser mais humanizado, principalmente da recepção. O café da manha foi adequado para um hotel de praia. O sinal do internet extremamente fraco no quatro, só funcionava bem na piscina. Um ponto positivo é a piscina a mesma é maravilhosa, parabéns. No mais recomendo o hotel, pois fica extremamente próximo a praia. Vale ressaltar que outras vez que me hospedei neste hotel minha experiência foi melhor.
