Clean up that shower and have some staff !
No help with my luggage, limited staff,hot common areas. Very basic breakfast. Bathroom wasn’t clean and smelled like cigarettes. Banheiros sujo e fedendo a cigarro. Corredor e áreas comuns super quentes. Café básico e só um funcionário disponível!

Falta muito pouco para ser muito melhor.
Não tinha sequer, água na geladeira. Na 1a noite sentimos falta de um cobertor mais grosso- tívemod que pedir na recepção para o dia seguinte. O controle do ar estava desconfigurado, tive que pedir outro. Café da manha foi perfeito.
