Atendimento da recepção ótimo e do café da manhã. Quarto com muitos mosquitos. Minha surpresa foi a recepção fechar às 22h, o que sempre vi recepções durante 24h dando suporte aos hóspedes. Fui solicitar um cobertor e, além de presenciar a recepção fechada, fui mal tratado pelo segurança do hotel que deve ser substituído, vez que não tem educação e tem um trato com os clientes de maneira grosseira e ríspida, o que parece ocupar por algum vínculo e não por aptidão ou competência. Fui conhecer pela primeira vez o hotel e pretendo nunca mais voltar, pois é relevante a preocupação com os hóspedes no tocante uma recepção 24h, bem como um segurança cortes e apto a atender aos hóspedes à noite.

No geral sempre fomos bem atendidos e recepcionamos pelas pessoas que fazem o atendimento inicial, porém deixou a desejar com a piscina que estava suja e sem condições de uso nesses dias, e em nenhum sofreu a limpeza necessária para que ficasse em condições de uso.

No geral não gostamos. Limpeza deixou muito a desejar, toalhas todas amareladas tanto de corpo quanto de banho, ficamos hospedados por 6 dias e não foram trocadas nenhuma vez. Roupas de cama também não são trocadas. O quarto que ficamos tinha uma infiltração de água severa, um dos dias que choveu o piso molhou todo. O banheiro tinha passagem de água do box para a área seca deixando o piso todo molhado e o tapete encharcado. Internet horrível. O único ponto muito positivo é a localização do Hotel que fica de frente para as piscinas naturais da praia de Gaibu.

Quando chegamos o hotel, quarto nem ta pronto que ela limpeza ta atrasado a nos esperamos mais 20 minutos quase perda o tempo, precisa melhorar o tempo certo. TV sem canal não estava funcionando, wifi ta cainho pouco tempo, mas ta melhor a internet boa. Roupa de cama limpa, mas muito fina e sente o frio. Bar com preços compatível com hotel e serviço.
