Hotel is out and outdated. Checked into my room to find a dirty shower with hair from previous guest. Gross. Bed is not comfortable. Never again.

O hotel está bem surradinho, precisa de varias reformas e não está 100% preparado em relação às medidas sanitárias da covid-19. Qdo chegamos nao mediram nossa temperatura. O hotel não há dispensers de alcool gel espalhado pelas instalações. Achei que tinha muito mais gente do que a capacidade em tempo de pandemia e ainda colocavam clientes day-use para area da piscina que já estava bem cheia. Tomadas do quarto nao funcionavam e nao tem distinções de quartos para fumantes e não fumantes. Tinha um hospede do quarto vizinho que fumava e o cheiro do cigarro tomou conta de todo meu quarto. Foi terrível!

Excellent location for families. Activities for the kids throughout the day. The gym could use an upgrade. I recommend getting breakfast and dinner at the hotel with your reservation due to its remote location and then have lunch on the beach.

the hotel was average in all/most areas, but it is very remote from any kind of city life. only visit if you plan to stay at the hotel for the length of your stay. the main positive is that the staff are really friendly and helpful !! ....they made my stay enjoyable.

Olá, pensei que o hotel seria de excelência, mais fui decepcionado. Fiquei no 301 e vamos lá. Televisão de péssima qualidade, não dava para identificar o que estava passando, creio que tv muito antiga. Cortina caída, o qual não dava para deixar o quarto 100% escuro, tivemos que encostar uma cadeira. O pior foi a cama, colchões velhos, remendados, como só foi um dia, não ficamos ate o final da estadia do dia seguinte. Levamos nossa filha para conhecer o MAR, mais a decepção foi maior, preferimos vim embora. A estrutura do hotel Excelente, bem localizado, mais interno, precisa melhorar muito, lamento minha palavras acima, já tive em hotel praticamente ao lado de vocês, fui para o Canárious para conhecer, mais me decepcionou muito

Fiquei hospedada em um apartamento com vista mar. O hotel fica em uma região privilegiada. A estrutura é muito antiga e precisa de uma boa reforma. Mesmo ficando no melhor qusrto, tomri banho frio varios dias pois a água não esquentava, isso foi um transtorno. A comida tambem não é nada boa. Não indico e nem ficaria hospedada novamente.

MINUTOS TERRÍVEIS QUE PASSAMOS
Reservei pra um grupo com entrada dia 30/09, pois irimos trabalhar na refinaria abreu e lima, saimos no mesmo dia, ficando apenas algumas horas no "hotel". Foram os minutos mais HORRIPILANTES que passamos. Lençol sujo, cheiro de mofo, comida servida no restaurante é HORRÍVEL. Como não ficamos nem 1 hora no hotel, quero saber como faço pra ter meu estorno do que foi pago. Aguardo.

O Hotel foi bem construído e provavelmente foi de Alto Padrão na data de sua Inauguração, porém para a atualidade tem quem mudar muita coisa, os quartos são grandes, mas falta personalidade de hotel beira mar (que é um ponto forte, pois à vista é belíssima). Fica à dica para a Administração, contratem um especialista em decoração e ambientação. Pode se fazer muito sem gastar tanto 😊👍
