We arrived after 3 and even though check in is at 2, the receptionist informed us that our room was not ready and when asked when it would be ready, she said she has no idea, which was very disappointing because we had a meeting to attend and could not put our suitcases in our room. So we asked her to call the housekeeper to see how long it was going to take, but she refused to ask the housekeeper and seemed bothered that we would ask this. She made a rude comment, saying that she could only answer our question about when the room would be ready if she was the one cleaning the room. After asking for a manager, she finally asked another attendant to give us our room

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. I was able to explore the area easily and enjoy all that it had to offer. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities I could need for a relaxing stay. But what truly set this hotel apart was the staff. The hotel is well maintained. Very good value for money. The hotel staff (reception, restaurant, cleaning) were all accommodating. Special mention to Laura at the reception who was very friendly and helpful. Location a couple of blocks from the beach.

The sink basin had good temperature hot water. The showers did not have hot water. It was still a cold shower. (Note that my hotel in Porto galinhas had hotter water). This was the same in both rooms 402 and 803 during my stay with respect to the shower. Maybe this is related to the location of the rooms. Staff service was excellent both at reception and restaurant. Rooms were clean. Well equipped. Comfortable.
